I fully agree with this statement. this essay will articulate my own perspect along with this statements.
To commence with bright side of the government should make legal requirement to increase recycling. To be more precise, people are more awaren about recovere waste. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt and takes a clear position in favour of legal requirements for recycling. However, the development of ideas is limited and often repetitive. Throughout the essay, the arguments lack depth and rely on vague assertions rather than well-extended examples. For instance, the mention of agencies in India and decorative items in a school touches on relevant themes, but these points are under-developed and overshadowed by confusing phrasing and circular reasoning. While the writer covers all parts of the task broadly, the lack of fully elaborated supporting arguments places this performance firmly at Band 5.0 according to the task response descriptors.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.5
Paragraphing is attempted, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, though the divisions feel forced due to abrupt topic shifts. The progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by unclear referencing and a lack of logical flow. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or inaccurately, such as 'To commence with bright side' and 'Consequently', which often obscure the connection between sentences. Furthermore, the overuse of transitional phrases does not compensate for the underlying lack of cohesion. This organizational strain and mechanical referencing align with the Band 4.0 and 5.0 descriptors, warranting a score of 4.5.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.5
The lexical range is limited and frequently inadequate for precise communication. The student repeatedly uses basic and distorted vocabulary, such as 'recovering' instead of 'recycling', 'creat low' instead of 'create laws', and 'wasteges'. Word choice errors and incorrect word forms appear in almost every sentence, significantly impeding comprehension at times—for example, 'make best into the waste'. While the writer attempts less common vocabulary, the frequent inaccuracies in spelling, collocation, and word formation place the lexical resource score at Band 4.5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is very weak, with a pervasive lack of accurate sentence structures. The response is dominated by frequent, heavy errors in basic grammar, subject-verb agreement, and tense usage, such as 'government must be get some action's to people's do not throw' and 'people are do not spend'. There is virtually no control over complex structures, and punctuation is erratic. These persistent errors cause frequent difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from achieving a higher band, making Band 4.0 an accurate reflection of the grammatical control demonstrated.
