There is big role of law to make people recycle more of theri waste .the government should kept Dustin outside the road in a distance of 1km because of this people through their waste product which can ne reuse .Law have to make strict rules and regulations towards the recycling. They have to do many things .Law have to send a truck to bring the waste materials from every society once in a week .They should tell people about the things can be re used.

For example,if the law separate Budget for it to recycle and reused with used things they have to bring used things by people from society first. They have to make sell the recycled thing's in cheap price. for example bottle, redbulcane ,and many things can be recycled and we can reused again,if he law take an big action and try to recycled the wasted materials form home environmental also will be clean.Of people started to kept things which is used they can save their Big amount of money.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by expressing an opinion that laws are needed to increase recycling, but the ideas remain limited and under-developed. While the writer touches on the role of government, such as sending trucks and setting up bins, the reasoning lacks depth and clear extension. The position is stated at the beginning with phrases like 'In my opinion, wasted material form homes must be recycled,' but it is not always maintained clearly throughout the essay, leading to a partial coverage of the task. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to present fully developed ideas with relevant examples that directly evaluate the extent to which legislation is necessary, rather than merely listing basic suggestions.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The essay displays some organization, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas. Paragraphing is attempted, but the grouping of ideas is disjointed, such as abrupt shifts between government actions and personal savings. Cohesive devices are basic, repetitive, or inaccurate, with frequent reliance on simplistic connectors like 'For example' and 'At last i wanna write'. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, making it hard to follow the logical flow of arguments. Improving cohesion requires careful planning of paragraph structures and a wider, more accurate range of linking words to connect sentences and ideas smoothly.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, with noticeable errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'legal requirement' and 'environment', but struggles with word choice, word formation, and collocation, as seen in expressions like 'redbulcane', 'take an big action', and 'refused' instead of reuse. Spelling errors are also present throughout the text. To achieve a higher score, the writer must expand their lexical range and pay closer attention to accurate word forms, spelling, and natural collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response shows a very limited range of sentence structures, consisting mostly of simple sentences and basic attempts at complex forms that are often faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation, including issues with article use, verb tenses ('the government should kept', 'people through their waste'), plurals, and subject-verb agreement. These frequent errors cause difficulty for the reader and impede clear communication at times. To progress, the writer needs to demonstrate better control over basic grammatical structures, improve punctuation, and increase the frequency of error-free sentences.
