Student answer (Band 5.0)
In today world, recycled the waste material in many developed countries is very common. These nations used the non-useable item runs through the process and make this items useable after recycling. But unfortunately there is no proper law and recycling plants in our country.
First of all i completely agreed that to the following statment there is no plan to hike up the recycling of waste product. Furthermore, laws authority needs to implise the legal procedure to make it possible. Recycled items will be very helpfull for the industries and help these plants in financial department also. In addition, there are many countries in the world who has the proper infrastructure for waste product they recycled it and make it possible to use it again. For example, in Australia they installed many machine for the waste product.
In addition, waste product machine encourage the peoples to collect the more waste items so, the peoples use their waste product and add it in the recycled machine and this will leads them to earn some reward in return in shape of currency. Installed these type of machine in our country will helpfull in future people do not waste these type of product due to the fact they know that in return they earn some amount of money. These type of tricks and process will helpfull for the government and stablized the financial department too.
To sum up, use of waste products by recycled it will be very benificial for the government and this will help the people too to earn some cash money in return. From my perspective government should need to apply these type of rules and recycled machine for the waste product.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a position in favour of government action, especially in the conclusion: “government should need to apply these type of rules.” You also offer a relevant incentive-based example, describing machines that reward people for depositing waste. However, the response only partially answers the central question about whether laws are needed: it shifts between supporting legal requirements, describing recycling infrastructure, and recommending rewards without explaining how these measures relate or whether laws are essential. The claim that recycling benefits industry and government finances is also asserted rather than supported. To strengthen the response, state clearly how far you agree that laws are necessary, then develop two reasons with specific explanation or examples, including how legislation would change household behaviour.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from an introduction to supporting points and a conclusion, and phrases such as “First of all,” “In addition,” and “To sum up” signal stages in the discussion. However, progression within and between paragraphs is limited: the first supporting paragraph moves from laws to industrial benefits and then to Australia’s infrastructure without showing the links between these points. “In addition” is repeated, and several sentences repeat the idea that machines encourage people to recycle for money. Some references, such as “these type of tricks and process,” are unclear. Organise each body paragraph around one main reason, use linking expressions only where they clarify the relationship, and make references explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “recycling plants,” “legal procedure,” “infrastructure,” and “financial department,” so the reader can generally identify the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. For example, “non-useable item runs through the process” and “use of waste products by recycled it” do not express the intended ideas naturally; “financial department” is also an imprecise way to describe economic benefits. Spelling errors such as “statment,” “helpfull,” and “benificial” further reduce control. Build a more accurate set of recycling terms and check spelling, word forms, and common collocations when revising.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a reason-and-result structure in “people do not waste these type of product due to the fact they know…”. However, complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the message. Examples include “In today world,” “I completely agreed,” “who has the proper infrastructure,” and “this will leads them,” which show problems with articles, tense, agreement, and verb forms. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention, particularly in the long sentence beginning “In addition, waste product machine encourage…”. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check agreement, articles, and verb forms.
