Student answer (Band 5.0)

Waste recyaware cling means the processs of using the waste materials again in a useful way like using plastic bottles for drinking water. It is a very important to do the waste management in different ways.we can also follow the 3 R's i.e reduce, reuse and recycle.

many people claim that the waste from our home aren't managed properly and it is causing some dump the problem to the environment too. A lots of waste are produced from our kitchen our rooms our restrooms. The waste should be managed properly so that it doesn't harm the environment. I dont think that we need to implement law to increase recycling. people nowadays are just so busy in their work that thay dont have time to spend at home. people should be aware about the negative effects that it causes. At the weekend, people should spend their time at home like doing waste management, recycling materials. Last sunday, i was alone at home so i decided to decorate my house by planting flowers. In the plastics bags that were of no use i put soil inside them and planted flowers in ky balcony. from the pieces of woods i made a shoe raack.

So i thinks that the government does not need to make a legal requirement for recycling.Instead they should make people aware about the negative effects if the waste are not managed properly. And we also should be responsible by not throwing the waste everywhere. we should dump the waste properly in dustbin and recycle any waste that are of use.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You give a clear view that laws are not necessary, and you suggest awareness-raising and personal responsibility as alternatives. The example of reusing plastic bags for planting and wood for a shoe rack is relevant and helps illustrate reuse. However, the response only partly addresses whether laws are needed: it does not explain in depth why voluntary action would increase recycling across households, or consider how legal requirements might help. The point that people are busy is not fully connected to your proposed solution, and the discussion of waste management is broader than recycling. Develop two or three reasons, explain their effects, and support them with specific examples to make your position more fully reasoned.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation: the opening introduces recycling, the main section gives your position and a personal example, and the ending restates your view. However, progression is not consistently clear. The first paragraph moves from a definition to the three Rs, while the next combines waste production, busy lifestyles, awareness, weekend activities and a personal anecdote. This makes the central argument difficult to follow. Linking is also repetitive, especially through repeated uses of “and” and “so,” and some references, such as “it” in “the negative effects that it causes,” are unclear. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons and example, and connect each point explicitly to the question.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the general topic, with relevant terms such as “waste management,” “recycling materials” and “negative effects.” The personal example also uses concrete language to describe reusing household items. However, the range is limited and several word choices or spelling errors make parts difficult to understand, including “Waste recyaware cling,” “dump the problem,” and “shoe raack.” Some expressions are imprecise or unnatural, such as “a lots of waste” and “waste that are of use.” Aim for accurate topic vocabulary and check spelling carefully; using terms such as “household waste,” “landfill” and “recycling scheme” would help you express ideas more precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a reason clause in “people should be aware about the negative effects that it causes” and a time clause beginning “At the weekend.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “the waste from our home aren't managed,” “A lots of waste are produced,” and “i decided,” which show problems with agreement, number and capitalisation. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable, as in “different ways.we can also follow.” Practise checking subject–verb agreement, articles and plural forms, and divide long or joined ideas into complete sentences. More accurate control of these basic patterns would make your meaning clearer.
