Student answer (Band 5.0)
As the waste materials are recycled around the world. So many people thought that, not a huge amount of waste is recycled from home. According to my opnion they are right because large quantity of waste comes from factory, hotels, and many other commercials sectors. So to increase recycling process work more effectively governments should make lagals law and rule.
Many of waste material are recycled, so the governments should makes laws ,and provides awerness abouts recycled goods. Their are multiples way sources from where the waste come and can be recycled. Firstly, the water , it comes from factories , houses , markets and multiple sources ,so government should install the filtration plants at various points and multiples purposes such as for factories chemical treatments of water and use is again, as long from houses the hard water and soft water they must be treated seprately.
Secondly, many solid items are recycled such as plastics, shopping bags, paper, and etc. This type of wastes comes from mutiple sources such as houses, markets, schools, and etc. So for wastes material can not be collected from every home or every market or ervey schools to collects such item governments to provides multiples colours bins at each streets, markets and schools. The governments should also provides awarness compains for such recycled items.
Finnaly, but most importants, governments should make law, for each sector seprately, abouts how to dispose their wates from industeries, markets, schools, and others wastes producing sectors. If they does not obey these rule they have to pay fine.
In conclusion, i would say that governmets should takes fine, if anyone does not obey the rules ,and try to make most of waste should be recycled. so the environmental temperature should be controled, as major factor of global warming is pollution, and filltreing waater can safe equatic life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a relevant position: governments should use laws and fines, alongside awareness campaigns and recycling facilities. The examples of separate bins and rules for different sectors show an attempt to explain how regulation could help. However, the response only partly answers the specific question about whether laws are needed to make households recycle more. Much of the discussion shifts to industrial waste and water filtration, and the opening claim that household recycling is not the main issue is not developed into a clear argument about the extent to which laws are necessary. To strengthen the response, state your position directly and explain how legal requirements would change household behaviour, using a focused example and considering whether education or convenient services alone would be sufficient.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “Finally” help signal the order of points, and the discussion of bins and fines gives the reader some progression. However, the overall line of argument is difficult to follow because the focus moves from household recycling to factory waste, water treatment and global warming without clear links. Several sentences also join multiple ideas with repeated “and,” “so,” or commas, making relationships between points unclear. Organise the body around a small number of connected reasons—for example, legal responsibility and practical support—and use clearer references to show how each example supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “filtration plants,” “chemical treatments,” “recycled items,” and “global warming.” These choices show an effort to discuss different kinds of waste and possible government measures. However, the range is limited and many spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand, such as “lagals law,” “awerness,” “wates,” and “filltreing waater.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “environmental temperature should be controled” and “multiple colours bins.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. Using terms such as “household waste,” “recycling facilities,” and “enforce regulations” would help express your ideas more precisely and avoid repetition.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional structures such as “If they does not obey these rule they have to pay fine.” This shows an effort to express cause and consequence, but the longer constructions are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the meaning hard to follow. For example, “governments should makes laws” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, while “Many of waste material are recycled” is missing an article or quantifier and has an agreement problem. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in the opening, where a full stop is followed immediately by “So.” Practise building accurate sentences first, then combine them using clauses; check agreement, articles, plural forms and punctuation during revision.
