Student answer (Band 5.0)
Mnay people believe that government is not able to recycle the home waste which became a disadvantage for economy, environment and nature as those waste stay at street and other places. They can not be usable after it became unable to recycle. For results they have only way of increasing the recycle process by government. When government will inforce some legal rules and regulation against these activities.
From the global view, this topic seems basic in beginning but it play a significant role in reducing the effect of enviromental damage as there are lots of products which can be recycled and used by other which can help in preventing economical and enviromental resources but it is not taking place due to lack of awarness in society.
While, it is also possible that people are doing it intensionaly. So governemnt sectors have to work on that to reduces the negative impacts of that.
For instance, from 2016 government had taken some steps against the rubbish disposal and it creat a effective effect on enviromental when there are some rules had made for understandng the diffrence between recycled and non recycle products like green and blue dustbins. At that time it shows the advantage percentage of home waste which can be recycle but not taking in practice for that for example shoes, clothes, package food , paper begs and many more.
In conclusion, i strongly believe that law will more helpful to made this process sucessful because people from any country's are only showing there interest in any social work when there are any burden on them like penalties and section for not following any rule which is crucial in tearm of countries enviromental safty.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a position in the conclusion, stating that laws and penalties would make recycling more successful, and you give a relevant example involving separate green and blue bins. However, the response only partially develops the question of how necessary laws are. The opening is unclear about who is unable to recycle, and the discussion shifts between government action, public awareness and deliberate non-compliance without explaining how these points support your view. The example of steps taken since 2016 is not tied to a named place or a clear outcome, so its value as evidence is limited. To strengthen the response, explain why legal requirements are needed and support this with a specific example, while also considering whether education or convenient collection could help.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from an introduction to general discussion, an example and a conclusion. The conclusion also returns to your central view about laws. However, progression between ideas is not consistently clear: the opening sentence is difficult to follow, and the paragraph beginning “From the global view” moves from environmental damage to public awareness without showing the connection. Linking words such as “While” and “For instance” are attempted, but “While” introduces no contrasting clause, and several sentences are fragments or loosely connected. Use one main point per paragraph, make the relationship between each point and your position explicit, and check that every linking word accurately signals the connection.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “recycled,” “rubbish disposal,” “penalties” and “environmental damage,” which helps identify the subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling problems make parts of the argument difficult to understand. For example, “government is not able to recycle the home waste” seems to confuse government responsibility with household recycling, while “advantage percentage” does not clearly express a measurable result. Frequent misspellings such as “enviromental,” “awarness” and “sucessful” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for household waste and legal measures, and check spelling and word forms carefully. Prefer clear, familiar expressions over ambitious wording that does not convey your intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, but control is inconsistent, and errors frequently make the intended relationships unclear. For example, “When government will inforce some legal rules and regulation” is an incomplete clause, while “it play a significant role” has a subject–verb agreement error. The sentence beginning “For instance, from 2016” also combines several clauses without reliable tense or sentence structure, making the example hard to follow. There are recurring problems with articles, plurals, verb forms and punctuation, as in “people from any country's are only showing there interest.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement and tense; use shorter sentences when combining ideas causes errors.
