Student answer (Band 5.0)
some individuals believe that not enough of the waste from houses is recycled they also argue that only way to increase the process of recycling is for government to make it a legal requirement.i partially agree with this statement.i would argue that government provided to the people more process of recycling by this, wastes were recycled and make the ecosystem more friendly.
on the one hand,if people should recycle their wastes with decomposition process to produce natural fertilizers in their fields of agriculture and make their crops more healthy and profitable.for instance:in china people use their household wastes in their own fields to enhance the fertility of the soil, and the soil are very fertile for the more production of crops.
on the second hand,if government should spent more interest in the recycling of wastes on industrial level to produce valuable things in every field of business.by this, more profitable things produce with less budget and make the old things into a variety of modern things.for example:in america, the empty bottles of cold drink were recycled and people enhance their worth in their own using bottles without any kind of pay.
in conclusion,i believe that government should spend more interests in the recycling process to make their country progress with very less budget and to maintain the environment or atmosphere very decently.by this, household wastes are used in a modern saphire and the fields with wastes of animals are v and also the benefited for the soil and also more production for the farmers

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You give a partial position—“i partially agree”—and include relevant points about household composting and industrial recycling, with examples from China and America. However, the central question is whether laws are needed, and the response does not explain clearly whether or how legal requirements would increase recycling. Most of the discussion instead describes possible benefits of recycling, so the task is only partially addressed and the ideas remain under-developed. The conclusion also introduces unclear material about “saphire” and animal waste rather than resolving your view on legislation. The response is one word below the required minimum, so it does not meet the task’s length requirement. To improve, state which laws you support and explain their likely effects, while also considering whether education or better facilities could help.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “on the one hand” and “on the second hand,” and a conclusion. These markers help the reader identify the broad stages of your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because ideas are joined without clear explanation, and the conclusion adds points that have not been developed earlier. Linking phrases such as “by this” are repeated and do not always make the relationship between ideas clear. Paragraphing is a useful foundation, but clearer topic sentences and more explicit links between each claim, explanation, and example would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “recycled,” “fertilizers,” “fertility of the soil,” and “industrial level,” which helps establish the subject. There are also attempts to express more specific ideas, such as turning household waste into fertilizer. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, including “government provided to the people more process of recycling,” “spend more interest,” and “modern saphire.” Repetition of “wastes,” “more,” and “by this” also limits precision. Choose familiar, accurate expressions rather than attempting unclear wording, and check spelling and word forms. For example, “recycling facilities” and “invest more in recycling” would communicate your intended ideas more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer conditional or explanatory sentences, for example, “if people should recycle their wastes…” and “if government should spent…”. These attempts show an effort to connect ideas, but the complex structures are often faulty, and errors frequently make the intended meaning difficult to interpret. Examples include “government should spent,” where the verb form is incorrect, and “the soil are very fertile,” where the subject and verb do not agree. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent: the opening runs several sentences together, while many sentences begin with lowercase letters. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check verb forms, agreement, articles, and full stops before submitting.
