Student answer (Band 5.5)

Some indiviuals say that the most significiant thing about rich people is that have the opportunity to help needy .I strongly agree with this point of view because wealthy citizens can help the poor people by donating and also they can serve societies .

Firstly' some say that the most crucial factor about being wealthy is that to help the poor by donating money and help needy and poor finantially.People who have a lot of money ,they can assist poor by giving their minors good school facilties and give whatever they want. Also assist others to provide them basic living needs. For instance,Food, clothes and other basic things for their household.

The second most crucial benefit is that the rich people can serve the socities by providing funds .Further,by giving better medical facilities or by giving money to charitable orginizations so they distribute that money to others .Also by giving job opportunities can help to reduce the ratio of pvert and increase prosperity in diffirent socieities .Moreover,by distribute funds to improve the management of the society and helping the construcion sites of the community.

In conclusion,i totally agree with this point of view that the most important benefit of being wealthy is to help people who are facing the difficulties like poverty, less medical facilities and less educaional facilities .So,rich indivisual can assist needy and poor poor finantially and also provide funds to charitable orginizations and socities to improve their life style and also to improve locals mental and hysicall well being.I strongly agree with this thought because of these reasons .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

Your position is clear from the opening: “I strongly agree,” and the conclusion restates this view. You address the central idea by explaining that wealthy people can donate to individuals, support medical and educational provision, fund charities, and create jobs. These are relevant reasons, and the examples of food, clothes, and household needs help make the first point concrete. However, the discussion is uneven: the first body paragraph repeats the idea of helping poor people financially, while claims about improving society and “management” are not explained in enough detail. To develop the response further, explain how one or two forms of support produce lasting benefits, and clarify why helping others is the most important aspect of wealth rather than simply one advantage.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. “Firstly” and “The second most crucial benefit” signal the main points, and the conclusion returns to your position. Overall, the reader can follow the progression from direct assistance to wider social contributions. However, linking is sometimes mechanical, particularly through repeated use of “Also” and “Moreover,” and several ideas are placed together without showing their relationship. For example, the second body paragraph moves from medical facilities to charities, jobs, poverty, and construction without developing a clear sequence. Group related examples and use transitions that show cause and effect or contrast. Clearer sentence boundaries and more precise references would also make the progression smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “charitable organizations,” “medical facilities,” “job opportunities,” and “prosperity.” These choices help communicate the main areas in which wealthy people might contribute. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, especially “help,” “poor,” “rich,” and “giving money.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, such as “finantially,” “pvert,” and “societies” where you appear to mean “society.” Some combinations are unnatural, including “assist poor” and “improve their life style.” Build a wider set of accurate collocations for describing donations, public services, and social outcomes, and check spelling and word forms carefully. This would make your meaning more precise and fluent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and the overall meaning is generally understandable. The opening gives a clear opinion, while the body paragraphs attempt to connect examples and explanations. However, some sentence structures are incomplete or incorrectly formed, as in “that have the opportunity” and “the most crucial factor … is that to help.” There are also errors with articles, plurals, agreement, and punctuation: “assist poor,” “rich indivisual can,” and the comma placement in “People who have a lot of money ,they can assist.” These errors sometimes make the reader pause. Practise forming complete clauses and checking subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries. More accurate control of these patterns would support your attempts at longer sentences.
