Student answer (Band 6.5)
Nowadays, mostly all the people wants to become a rich and modern life for themselves. Richness comes with the various solutions and challenges in life. Wealthy people has an enough facilities and utilities for their family members. Some individuals think that rich people has more abilities to help others. In this essay I will discuss about agreement because it would be beneficials for other person but sometimes they also need to spend their money for completing their goals and dreams.
On the one hand, wealthy people has already enough money to buy anything and they can help others. If rich people helps needy people so it can be positive aspects towards society and also others can inspire form this work. Rich people need to donate some amount of money to charities. However, these type of charities helps children, women, men and also in other regions. For example, if they donate to for build a hospital or school so it might be benefits for poor and middle class person. Their child can take admission in this schools which can provides them a sufficient, free and high-quality education. It also builds a reputation globally.
On the other hand, rich people value their money. They put excessive amount hard work for reach this kind of level. They also build houses, buy cars, purchase luxury items for themselves because they did hard work for this comfort life. Also, the government collects some taxes from wealthy people. Rich people also wants to enjoy life and fulfill their family members dreams.
In my opinion, sometimes people who have millions or billions money so they need to provide some amount in charities and donate people. Rich people is not responsible to help poor people. Governments should provide some facilities for needy people because we can not always depend on affluent people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing whether the primary benefit of wealth is the ability to help others. You maintain a position throughout, though it is slightly contradictory; you argue that helping is beneficial but then state that rich people are not responsible for helping. The ideas are relevant but lack depth. For instance, the argument about government responsibility is introduced in the conclusion rather than being integrated into the body paragraphs. To improve, ensure your position is consistent and that your supporting arguments are fully developed with clear logical links to the main thesis.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. You use some cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'However', and 'For example', which help the reader follow your argument. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'I will discuss about agreement'. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of cohesive devices more naturally and ensure that the progression of ideas within paragraphs is seamless.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific words like 'charities', 'affluent', and 'reputation'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'mostly all the people wants to become a rich' and 'beneficials for other person'. The range is somewhat limited, and you rely on basic structures. To improve, focus on learning collocations and using more precise academic vocabulary to express your ideas with greater sophistication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('people has', 'people wants'), article usage ('a rich', 'in this schools'), and pluralization ('beneficials', 'donate people'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, pay closer attention to basic subject-verb agreement and plural forms. Practicing the construction of complex sentences will also help you demonstrate a wider grammatical range.
