Student answer (Band 5.0)

Some people believe that the most significant things after being rich is helping others with basic need I am totally agree with this statement because helping some is likely to kindness.

As we can see that the people who have a lots of wealth is always kind towards others they were always helps a needed people for example a saw a man in social media is always helping a man who is needed and difficult to survive for their daily basic need is a kind of gesture and kindness.

The things I want to tell that if you help some is always gods gives a lots of things the way you were help some so i can say that be a kind towards anyone and helps anyone without any hesitation and keep ahead for needed people who wants a help and if i want a chance to help someone i am happily helping the strangers.

At last I saw a lots of people the words coming to help some the people are turned back so its not good if we help someone a little the stranger gonna be a happy so if you get a chance of helping some so help without and hesitation and be kind with anybody and always try to help a lots of people in the world helping someone is a huge chance so dont miss the chance.

Concluded the things is that the most important things in life is after getting or being rich so give the opportunities to other peoples to help the stranger to upgrade himself for better life of whole family.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position, but the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. While you argue that being rich provides an opportunity to help others, the supporting points lack depth and logical structure. For instance, the example of 'a man in social media' is vague and does not effectively illustrate the broader social or economic implications of wealth and philanthropy. The argument relies heavily on personal opinion and moralizing rather than a structured analysis of the prompt. To improve, you should provide more specific, well-reasoned arguments and avoid circular reasoning, ensuring each paragraph contributes to a coherent, well-developed response.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often unclear and repetitive. Cohesive devices are used in a very mechanical and sometimes inaccurate way, such as the frequent misuse of 'the things I want to tell' or 'at last'. Referencing is often confusing, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of your argument. For example, the transition between the second and third paragraphs is abrupt, and the concluding paragraph does not effectively summarize the main points but rather repeats the initial sentiment. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, which restricts your ability to convey complex ideas. You frequently use basic terms like 'things', 'help', and 'kind' without exploring more precise academic alternatives. There are also noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'after being rich' instead of 'the primary benefit of wealth' or 'a lots of wealth' instead of 'substantial wealth'. While the meaning is generally understandable, the lack of variety and the frequent misuse of common phrases prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. Expanding your vocabulary to include more academic collocations and synonyms will help you express your ideas with greater precision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede the reader's understanding. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the people who have a lots of wealth is always kind'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or fragmented, such as 'I am totally agree with this statement because helping some is likely to kindness.' The range of structures is limited, relying mostly on simple sentences with occasional attempts at complex ones that are often grammatically incorrect. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of prepositions and articles before attempting more complex structures.
