Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and maintain a clear, balanced position: wealth can enable donations and funding, but people can also help through emotional and physical support. The examples of charitable giving and earthquake assistance are relevant and help explain both sides. This fits the criterion because the main parts of the task are covered, although some ideas are more fully explained than others. For instance, the paragraph on wealth explains how money helps, while the non-financial examples are listed more than developed. The conclusion restates your view, but could more directly explain how you weigh the two forms of help. Extend each example by showing its impact and make your degree of agreement explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for financial and non-financial help, and a conclusion. This makes the line of argument generally easy to follow. You also use linking expressions such as “However,” “For example,” and “In conclusion.” At times, though, connections are mechanical or unclear: “In the other hand” does not accurately signal contrast, and “Therefore” introduces a conclusion that is not fully connected to the preceding example. Some references, such as “by being it,” are difficult to interpret. To improve, use transitions that precisely express the relationship between ideas, and make each paragraph progress from a clear point to explanation and a developed example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of relevant vocabulary, including “funding,” “donation,” “volunteering,” “awareness programs,” and “emotional support,” so the topic is clear. There are also attempts at more expressive language, such as “tip of ice berg” and “helping hands.” However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, including “the needed ones,” “Monetary is just like a tip of ice berg,” and “make opportunity.” These sometimes make the intended meaning less natural, even when it remains understandable. Aim to learn common word partnerships and use precise forms—for example, “people in need,” “financial assistance,” and “create opportunities to help.” Check spelling and phrasing, including “iceberg,” and avoid expressions that do not fit the context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including contrastive structures such as “not only being rich is important” and a conditional idea in the conclusion. The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity. Examples include “it act as major aspect,” “many richest man … tends,” and “even one who are not rich,” where agreement and sentence structure need attention. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent, as in “most important thing” and “other aspect.” Some longer sentences, particularly the opening and the earthquake example, are difficult to control. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and checking articles and plural nouns; then use complex clauses only when their structure is clear.
