Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

Your position is clear from the introduction: “I strongly agree,” and the response stays focused on how wealth can help others. You support this view with relevant examples, including providing food, clothing and education, and funding medical treatment. The point about education contributing to national development is also relevant. However, some ideas are less fully developed than others: the link between educating children and “increasing government revenue” is asserted rather than explained, and the brief concession that some wealthy people may not help is not explored or connected to your argument. The conclusion restates your view but could summarise the main reasons more precisely. Develop each example with a clearer explanation of its impact.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The first body paragraph focuses mainly on education and wider development, while the second discusses healthcare, so the reader can follow the main topics. You also use linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “In addition to,” and “Consequently.” However, some transitions feel mechanical or do not accurately express the relationship between ideas. For example, “However” introduces a point about wealthy people who may not support the poor, but this contrast is not developed. The first body paragraph also moves quickly from donations to education and then the national economy. Group related points more tightly and use clearer references to show how each example supports your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “living conditions,” “medical treatment,” “national economy,” and “infrastructure development.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both individual and wider social benefits. However, the range is limited by repeated basic words such as “help,” “poor,” and “people,” and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts of the response awkward. Examples include “a god gift,” “pay heed attentioning role,” “medical health,” and “live healthier live.” Spelling errors such as “employement,” “hopital,” and “povital” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural collocations for charity, education and healthcare, and check spelling and word forms during revision.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional and cause-and-effect structures: “If poor children receive a good education, they can contribute to society” and “As a result, these people can recover.” This gives the response some variety, and the main message is generally understandable. However, errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and prepositions occur across the response. For example, “being rich individuals an opportunity” is missing a grammatical link, while “help the poor individuals is” has an incorrect subject structure. In “Rich people help to others,” the verb pattern is incorrect, and “can improve their living conditions and to taugh their children” does not maintain a parallel structure. Practise accurate sentence patterns and check each clause for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
