Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the topic and show general agreement that wealth is valuable partly because it enables people to help others. The point that money can support “the poor or needy” is relevant, and your workplace example illustrates how support can create comfort and connection. However, your position is not consistently defined: the opening focuses on kindness and relationships, while the final paragraph shifts to the ability to give money without clearly explaining whether this is the most important aspect of being rich. Several ideas, such as helping through love or affection, are repeated rather than developed. State your degree of agreement clearly, then explain and support two distinct reasons, including why helping others matters more—or less—than other benefits of wealth.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some organisation: you begin with a general view, discuss the value of helping and social bonds, give a personal example, and finish with a statement of agreement. The example also connects to your point about support. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because related ideas are repeated and the links between them are not always clear. For instance, the discussion moves from helping needy people to friendship, then to workplace problems, without explaining how these points build the argument about being rich. Paragraphing is limited, and connectors such as “For example” and “Of course” do not fully clarify the relationships between claims. Use separate paragraphs for your position, reasons, example, and conclusion, with clearer transitions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “helpful,” “needy,” “blessing,” “capacity,” and “community,” and you attempt to express ideas about both financial and emotional support. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear, such as “ethical important note,” “rich blessing,” and “creating bonding.” Spelling errors—including “peron,” “attitiude,” and “comfirtable”—also distract the reader. Aim for more precise, natural phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, distinguish between being wealthy and being kind, and use established expressions such as “provide financial assistance” or “strengthen relationships” rather than translating phrases directly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a conditional idea in “If you have enough money so you can easily help the poor.” However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often difficult to follow because of frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, and punctuation. For example, “Helping people creat bonding between community or peers make friends” has unclear subject–verb relationships, while “Some people says” does not maintain agreement. The opening also contains a comma splice and incomplete sentence structure. Practise building clear sentences with one main clause and a correctly connected supporting clause, and check verb forms, articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries during revision.
