Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this argument, some people believe that the biggest benifit of being rich is get a chance to help needy people. It also a good habit but we do many other activities, If we are rich such as,built a business and fillfull own dreems. So, In my openion, I partially agree on this statement.
On the one hand, The main purpose of being rich is only the help of poor people. In my point of view, It's a think of previous generation because their life gole is only help others and live a simple life. Its biggest disadvantage is that, they did not know, what in the world doing. But todays living style is changed.
On the second hand, Nowadays people have more dreems than past. Todays people like live a luxary life. They have much dreems such as, visiting foreign countries and Build own business.
It's biggest positive aspects is that they helped him to give more information about other cultures and traditions. When they meet people who belong to different backgrounds they give more information about life affairs. So, they helped him to meke their business more strong.
In concluation, Becauce of these reason's, I strongly believe, the main goal of beign rich is not only help needy people. it's also a good habit but I prefer fullfill other dreems in life is very essential.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a clear, though qualified, position: “I partially agree,” and the conclusion reinforces that helping others is not the only purpose of wealth. The response also offers relevant examples, including starting a business and travelling to learn about other cultures. However, the task asks how important the opportunity to help others is, and the discussion does not explain this aspect in much depth; instead, it shifts towards describing the ambitions of previous and present generations. The claim that earlier people “did not know, what in the world doing” is unclear and does not support the argument effectively. The response is also 25 words below the required minimum. Develop both sides with specific explanations of how wealth can benefit others and why personal goals may matter too.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the one hand” and “On the second hand,” and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the broad stages of your argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from helping poor people to the previous generation and then to a vague statement about what people know. In the second, travel, cultural knowledge and business success are connected, but the links between these ideas need clearer explanation. Some transitions are also awkward or repetitive, and references such as “they” and “him” do not always make clear who is meant. Organise each paragraph around one main point and use linking phrases to show the relationship between its supporting ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “needy people,” “luxury life,” “cultures and traditions,” and “business.” These choices make the general subject understandable. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the argument difficult to interpret. For example, “the biggest benefit … is get a chance” is not a natural expression, while “life gole,” “dreems,” “openion,” and “concluation” contain spelling errors. Phrases such as “life affairs” and “make their business more strong” are also unclear or unnatural. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling carefully; precise expressions will help you explain your position without relying on repeated words such as “help” and “dreams.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a conditional idea beginning “If we are rich” and a relative clause in “people who belong to different backgrounds.” This shows an effort to vary sentence forms. However, the range remains limited, and errors occur frequently in basic sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation. For instance, “the biggest benefit … is get a chance” needs a grammatical verb pattern, and “It also a good habit” is missing a verb. In “they helped him to give more information,” the pronouns and verb form do not fit the intended meaning. Capitalisation after commas and full stops is also inconsistent. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add complex clauses while checking that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
