The chart below shows the results of a survey about people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The charts shows the survey of customers buying and drinking habits of coffee and tee in Australian cities.

Overview, it noticable from the charts where we saw high and high patronage in coffee or tea unlike others in majority of the cities.

In Sydney the number of people that bought fresh coffee was below 45%, while in Melbuoume it went to above 40%. Focusing on Brisbane, we saw a massive decrease to 34%, whereas, in Adalade and Hobart, there was a steady increase to almost 35% and nearly 40%.

In Sydney, the number of persons that went to purchase instant coffee was 45%, however in Melboume there was a bit increase to 48% and above 50% in Brisbane. Moving to Adelade, it experienced a decline below to exactly 50% and later went up to closely 55% to Hobart.

The individuals who bought coffee or tea in the last 4 weeks in the city of Sydney was slightly above 60%, but also went up a bit in Melboume above 60%, while in Bribane there was a decline from above 60% to 55%. Going further, Adalaide witnessed a drop from 55% below 50%, and there was a rise above 60% in Hobart
