Overall , there are 3 type of the information that got selected to get an actual accurate report called bought fresh coffee , instant coffee , go to cafe for coffee or tea and al of them are in the last 4 weeks in the 5 different cities.
At first, we can easily see that, the option "go to a cafe for coffee or tea" this habit is seems to have many choices in 4 weeks, it is all related to the data that have claimed to be right but the highest we can see now is in Melboume it's about 60% to 65% which is really high from the other choices.
Then, the second option which is also maintaining really good daily and does not have too much down or up in the graph, but the third option seems actually poor in the percentages when show up with the other selections the highest is just about 40% to 45%.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to adequately address the task. While it mentions the survey, it does not clearly report the main features or make meaningful comparisons between the five cities. The description of the data is vague; for instance, referring to categories as 'the second option' or 'the third option' without naming them makes the report difficult to follow. Furthermore, the data interpretation is inaccurate, as the student describes trends ('does not have too much down or up') rather than comparing the specific percentages provided in the chart. To improve, you must explicitly state the data for each city and category rather than using generic descriptions.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.5
The essay lacks a logical structure. The introduction is poorly phrased, and the body paragraphs do not follow a clear progression. There is a lack of cohesive devices to link ideas; the transition between sentences is abrupt and often confusing. For example, the phrase 'At first, we can easily see that' is used inappropriately to introduce a data point. Paragraphing is also insufficient, as the response is essentially a single block of text that fails to group information logically. To improve, use clear topic sentences and linking words such as 'in contrast', 'furthermore', or 'however' to guide the reader through the data.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.5
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'final data of a survey' and 'the habit of drinking in Australian's 5 cities'. The student struggles to use academic terminology appropriate for a data report, relying on informal phrasing like 'got selected' and 'seems actually poor'. There is also a lack of variety in descriptive language, with repetitive use of basic words. To reach a higher band, you should learn specific vocabulary related to data analysis, such as 'proportion', 'significant', 'fluctuate', and 'majority'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('this habit is seems'), article usage ('the highest is just about'), and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or fragmented, making the text difficult to parse. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary spaces before commas and periods. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple, poorly constructed sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring subjects and verbs agree, and practicing the correct use of articles and prepositions in an academic context.
