The chart below shows the results of a survey about people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given bar graph illustrates the result of a survey conducted in various Australian cities about people's coffee and tea buying and drinking habits.

The graph shows the percentage of people that bought fresh coffee, instant coffee, or went to a cafe for coffee or tea in the last 4 weeks in 5 major cities of Australia- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart. The result of the survey shows thatin four out five cities, the most preferred habit is going to cafe for coffee or tea and the least preferred is buying fresh coffee.

Melbourne shows the highest percentage of people that went to cafe for coffee or tea. On the other hand, Brisbane has the lowest percentage of people that bought fresh coffee in the last 4 weeks. The difference in the number of people that went to cafe and the number of people that bought fresh coffee in the last 4 weeks is the most in Hobart with the difference of 25%. Unlike the other cities, the instant coffee consumers exceed cafe goers by just 0.5% in Adelaide.
