The chart below shows the results of a survey about people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The bar chart compares the outcomes of a survey that was carried among five diffirent cities of Australia about their resident's coffee consumption, tea buying and drinking habits in the last four weeks. The chart shows that the diffirence in percentage varies immensely among all the cities.
Overall, the Hobart and Melbourne have highest of indivisuals who went to a cafe for coffee or tea in last 4 weeks approxiamately 65% while Brisbane and Adelaide recorded the least percentage of people who bought fresh coffee in last 4 weeks which is almost 35%.
The graph eloborates the percentage of coffee that was fresh bought in last 4 weeks remains at the bottom point among all the cities across Australia whereas, going out for coffee or tea topped the chart in almost all the cities except Adelaide where instant bought coffee's percentage was slightly more than people who went outfor coffee or tea posing a tiny diffirence of 1%.
The percentage of citizens that bought instant coffee in last 4 weeks demontrated a medium point on the chart among all the cities ranging from 45% to nearly 55% except in Adelaide where bar chart fluctuated the pattern.
