The chart below shows the results of a survey about people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar chart indicates the data of individual's coffee and tea habit in five Austiralian cities.
overall, people in Sydney,Melbourne and Hobart comsumed tea and coffee in large amount, whereas people in Brisbane and Adelaide drank both tea and coffee less conpared to people of Sydney,Melbourne and Hobart.
Regarding Sydney,Melbourne and Hobart, the category which surge is people going to cafes for bavrages, and that is almost 60% of the total people. The other sectors such as purchasing fresh coffee, or buying instant coffee level is approximately steady. if compare these cities, The people of Hobart are ahead in categories such as visiting cafes, and buying istant coffee, whereas the people Sydney and Melbourne are ahead in segment of using fresh coffee approx 10% more than Hobart.
Turning to the remaining data, Brisbane and Adelaide used comsumed less coffee and tea in categories like visiting cafe for coffee and in instant coffee then other cities. The difference is approximately 10% in visiting cafe and around 5% in usage of instant coffe, However the usage of fresh coffee is greater as compare other cities.
