The chart below shows the results of a survey about people’s coffee and tea buying and drinking habits in five Australian cities.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart compares the percentages of residents in five Australian cities-Sydney,Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart- who bought and drank coffee and tea over the previous four weeks.
Overall, it is clear that going to a cafe for coffee or tea recorded the highest figures in most cities, whereas buying fresh coffee had the lowest percentages.Another noticeable feature is that Melbourne had the highest proportion of cafe visitors, while Brisbane recorded the lowest percentage of fresh coffee buyers.
Looking first at Melbourne, proportion of people who went to a cafe stood at approximately 63%, making it the highest figure among the five cities.This was followed by Hobart and Sydney, at around 62% and 61%, respectively.In comparison, Brisbane recorded a lower figure of about 55%.Turning to remaining fresh coffee and instant coffee purchases, Sydney recorded about 44% for fresh coffee and 46% for instant coffee.By contrast, Brisbane had the lowest figure for fresh coffee ,at just 34%.
