The diagram below shows the floor plan of a public library 20 years ago and how it looks now.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The two maps illustrates the layout of the Central Library 20 years ago and its present desgin.
Overall, the library has significantly modernization, with several new facilities are added relocated, reconstructed, transformed but the Entrance were remain at same position in the bottom.
Initially, In the past the entrance was at the bottom. Reading room which was found at entrance turn to first and In the rigt direction of entrance there was Enquiry desk for tickets, book returns and many more. Tables and chairs were the center attractions of the library. Moreover, In the left of Center their were adult fiction books section and opposite of it Adult non-fiction books section were available construction was simple.Then, At top of left corner CDs, videos, computer games room was constructed. In right of top corner was children's books room.
On the other hand, the present design of library are totally reconstructed with all new facilities. Entrance are at same position at bottom with two new room in left is a Computer room replaced with reading room and cafe in the direction with changed the enquiry desk. At the top of left in which the Children's ficition books are found and sofa for storytelling events reconstructed from computer gmes .and next to it there are All reference books section is constructed On the other side Lecture room is constructed with changed from children's books in bottom of it Adult fiction books and near of it there is information desk and Self-services machines are available.
