The diagram below shows the floor plan of a public library 20 years ago and how it looks now.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 4.5)

The given diagram illustrates some information related to the floor plain of a public library that how it look in past and after re-construction?

On the first side, two sets of tables and chairs were in center of labrary. Moreover, on the top right corner, there were books for children where children read books and get knowledge. And the opposite side, there were some computers. Children were play games, watch videos and CDS. Students got refreshment. While, in left side of main enterence, there was enguiry desk where children buy tickets and return their books. And the right side, there were some books for reading like newspaper and magazines. In the both middle side, there were fliction and non fliction books for adult.

On the second hand, when we enter into main entrance on the left side a door is open in cafe where students get some food for fresh mind. And the opposite side, door is also open in computer room. But on the top left side, a lacture room is constructed and students get knowledge. Moreover on the opposite side, the storytelling events is plain and the children read fictions books. This room is decorate with beautiful sofa.
