In few countries the owning a home is important than renting a home is very important for all people. In this case the owning a home is correctly very important in these days. The some people couid not afford a renting home and for all people the personal, owning home is better than renting home.

In my point of view, I agree that the owning home is best than renting home. The owning home is like a money saver and save family with her own home.Every person have their own social cultures and when own home he decorated his home with her culture.

In these days save money is much important than a waste money in renting of home and when a man his own personal home he think that his home is pulchritude than other peoples home.I like personal home because no anybody said you we do a work his mind. When a man is personal home he

could not invest a money in waste thing like a renting home.

When a man live in renting home he prepared a one for a renting home. When some people talk the one's say that my home is very beautiful but one's have not own home he worried about this. Some one have personal home he could not worried to pay rent of home but he invest a money in an other better thing or save a money for the difficult time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: why home ownership is important and whether it is a positive or negative situation. However, the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. For example, the argument that owning a home is a 'money saver' is mentioned multiple times without providing concrete economic reasoning or examples. The position is clear, but the supporting points lack depth and are often circular. The essay would benefit from exploring broader societal or financial implications rather than focusing primarily on the personal desire to decorate or avoid rent payments.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical progression of ideas is weak. Transitions between sentences are often missing or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'When a man...' to start new points. Cohesive devices are used in a very mechanical and sometimes inaccurate way, which makes the flow of the argument disjointed. For instance, the transition 'In this essay, I said that...' is an unnatural way to conclude the argument. The referencing is often unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the writer's train of thought throughout the text.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive, relying heavily on basic terms like 'home', 'renting', and 'money'. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'waste money in renting of home' and 'pulchritude', which is an inappropriately formal and misused word in this context. The student struggles to express complex ideas due to a lack of precise vocabulary. While the meaning is generally understandable, the range is insufficient to convey nuanced arguments, and the frequent misuse of basic grammatical structures further impacts the clarity of the lexical choices.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with article usage ('the owning a home'), subject-verb agreement ('Every person have'), and sentence structure (e.g., 'When a man is personal home he could not invest a money'). The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences with errors in basic syntax. Complex sentence attempts are often faulty, leading to confusion. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after periods and incorrect comma usage throughout the text.
