In sone countries owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people now we will discuss on it .

because rent of home will be higher that's why people want to owning a home .

I am leaving in PakisTan in some cities owning a home is better than renting one . We live in Bahawalpur city here person afford rent not a big problem . For renting in Lahore and Islamabad there rent of home are higher people want to own his home . In Islamabad there is my cousain who do a job first when he go to a Islamabad he lives in hostel and his hotel rent is 22 thousands Pkr per month but when he thinks that owning a home or flat will be good for his he will own a flat and live his best life there .

I want to present one think there every country there will be three types of people one is rich second is middle class and third is poor . According to my knowledge middle class and rich people have his its own home but the some poor people have his own home and the other poor people have'nt they was lived in rental home because the poor people father don't make thing for his his child because they have less money .

my opinon is the goverment make a good salary for poor person and give him a land to make a home the land is so expensive if the poor people want to buy on islallment they pay a double money for it .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by discussing why home ownership is important and offering an opinion on whether it is positive or negative. However, the development is limited. The ideas are presented in a fragmented way, relying heavily on personal anecdotes (e.g., the cousin in Islamabad) rather than broader societal analysis. The discussion on whether this situation is positive or negative is underdeveloped and lacks a clear, sustained argument. The response touches on the task requirements but fails to explore the implications of home ownership in a sophisticated or balanced manner, resulting in a superficial treatment of the topic.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay lacks a clear structure. Paragraphing is inconsistent, and the progression of ideas is difficult to follow. There is a lack of cohesive devices to link sentences and ideas logically; for example, the transition between the discussion of rent prices and the classification of social classes is abrupt. Referencing is often unclear, such as the use of 'he' or 'his' without a clear antecedent. The overall arrangement of the text is disjointed, which hinders the reader's ability to follow the argument smoothly.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive, often relying on simple, everyday language. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'owning a home' used incorrectly as a verb phrase in 'people want to owning a home' and 'present one think' instead of 'present one point'. The range of vocabulary is limited, and the errors occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader, particularly when the student attempts to express more complex ideas regarding social classes or economic circumstances.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that affect clarity. There are persistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'rent of home are higher'), tense usage (e.g., 'they was lived'), and sentence construction. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. Punctuation is also problematic, with run-on sentences and missing commas. While the meaning is generally discernible, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the essay from reaching a higher band score.
