In some countries ownership of a home rather renting one is very important for people.I agree this opinion because people more prefer for ttheir own home. I think this is a positive situation. Ownership of a home provide many benefits. Firstly they provide security . people feel more secure in their own house rather than renting house. Because fear of ablation from the landlord side. Secondly ownership of a house saving to you the cost of mortgage. landlord demanding the mortgage to the rental family and poor peoples can not afford this motgage. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response attempts to address both parts of the prompt, discussing why home ownership is important and offering a personal opinion that it is a positive situation. However, the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. For example, the student mentions that homes provide security and protect against eviction, but these points are under-developed. Furthermore, the response suffers significantly from length constraints, containing only 183 words, which falls well short of the 250-word minimum requirement. This severely restricts the writer's ability to fully extend and support their arguments, aligning the task achievement profile with a Band 4.5 to 5.0 level.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

Paragraphing is attempted, but the paragraphs are fragmented, particularly with scattered single sentences and poor visual separation. Cohesive devices are minimal, repetitive, or inaccurate, with transitions like 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'Morever' used mechanically without always maintaining logical progression. For instance, the transition between sentences often feels abrupt, such as shifting abruptly from mortgage costs to older-age security. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of arguments. Overall organization shows some structural attempt, but progression lacks clarity and cohesion is frequently faulty, placing it firmly in the Band 5.0 range.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and often inaccurate. The student relies heavily on simple words and phrases such as 'own home', 'poor peoples', and 'renting home'. There are notable word choice and collocation errors throughout the text, such as 'fear of ablation' (likely meaning eviction) and 'saving to you the cost of mortgage'. The student attempts some less common terms like 'renovating expenssess', but these contain spelling mistakes and lexical inaccuracies. While the vocabulary is sufficient to convey a basic message, the limited range and frequent errors that occasionally impede understanding correspond to a Band 5.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0

The grammatical range is extremely limited, consisting mostly of simple and attempted complex sentences that are consistently flawed. There are frequent errors in basic grammar, including missing articles ('ownership of a home provide'), incorrect prepositions ('for ttheir own home'), and severe subject-verb agreement issues ('landlord demanding'). Punctuation is also problematic, with missing capital letters at the beginning of sentences and erratic spacing. Because the frequency of errors is high across almost every sentence and frequently strains the reader's comprehension, the grammar profile cannot exceed a Band 4.0.
