In frequently time some countries citizen try to own their house rather than giving rent to the house owner. While this happen because expensive rent or feel like someone house. both have some major positive effect of negative related with each other.
Firstly, common peoples thinks that rent price incres day after day. Therefor they have to pay large amount of the salary into house rent and other expense for the house. That might be cuse of no saving for other situation or for themself. So people relive to buy their own house at paying whole amount of the cost at a time. Futhermore in own house they feel like personal proparty and it helps to reduce stress in order to stay out of the house. It would also encourage people to save the money.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt only partially, which aligns with a limited execution of the task requirements. The student attempts to answer both parts of the question by discussing reasons why homeownership is valued and evaluating whether this trend is positive or negative. However, the ideas are rather limited and insufficiently developed. For instance, the discussion on why people prefer owning homes touches on rising rent prices and a sense of personal property, but these points are explained with very basic reasoning and lack depth or specific elaboration. Similarly, the evaluation of the situation mixes positive and negative aspects somewhat confusingly without a truly clear overarching position. To reach a higher standard, the writer would need to present fully extended ideas that explore the economic and social implications of homeownership versus renting with greater clarity, depth, and structured support throughout the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response demonstrates some overall organisation, with an attempt to divide the text into logical paragraphs representing an introduction, body paragraphs for reasons and evaluations, and a conclusion. However, there is no clear overall progression of ideas, making the essay feel disjointed at times. Cohesive devices are used, but they are frequently repetitive, mechanical, or inaccurate, such as the abrupt transitions using 'Firstly', 'However', and 'In conclusion'. Furthermore, referencing and paragraph internal cohesion are occasionally unclear, as seen in the sudden shift between discussing renting drawbacks and benefits within the same body section. Improving this area requires developing a more sophisticated framework of cohesive ties, ensuring smooth transitions between sentences and paragraphs, and establishing a logical flow of arguments that guides the reader seamlessly from the introduction to the final conclusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate to convey the basic message of the prompt. The writer relies on very simple, repetitive terminology such as 'house', 'rent', 'people', and 'money'. There are noticeable lexical errors, including incorrect word forms, inappropriate word choices, and spelling mistakes like 'frequently time', 'citizen', 'incres', 'cuse', 'relive', 'proparty', 'valueble', 'sigificant', and 'abel'. These inaccuracies occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader and obscure the precise meaning intended. To progress to a higher level, the student must expand their lexical repertoire by incorporating less common vocabulary, precise academic collocations, and accurate word formations. Paying closer attention to spelling and selecting terms that precisely fit the context will significantly enhance the sophistication and clarity of future writing tasks.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The grammatical range is quite limited, consisting mostly of straightforward attempts at simple sentences, while any attempts at complex structures are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, articles, plurals, and prepositions throughout the text, as demonstrated in phrases like 'citizen try', 'While this happen because expensive rent', 'common peoples thinks', and 'people should be stay at the rent area'. These frequent errors place a heavy strain on the reader and can cause comprehension difficulties. To achieve a higher standard, the writer needs to demonstrate a greater variety of complex sentence forms with good control over grammar, punctuation, and tense consistency. Reducing basic structural mistakes and ensuring that dependent clauses and modal verbs are applied correctly will lead to much clearer and more accurate sentences.
