In many countries of the world, humans prefer the important of owning home rather than renting. Although some people might consider it negative, I believe it to be extremely beneficial. Not only because of secure future stay and reduce stress financial, but also because of better life.
There are multiple advantage associated with owning home. Firstly, secure future stay can considered as the leading benefit of this development. As personal home help to spend whole life in it and the protect your future stay. Take an example, in Germany, most of the populations went to buy their own home for secure their future. Secondly, apart from secure future stay, reduce stress of financial. As people owner of the home their did not paid the monthly recent of the home and it help to save money. For instance, a recently survey conduct in Chine, 60% people said that owning home help people to reduce their financial stress. To sum up, even though owning home might have some drawback too, but I believe that the benefit it bring in term of secure future stay, reduce the financial stress and better life can make this development an overall positive one.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the main parts of the prompt by discussing why owning a home is important and whether this is a positive or negative development, earning a solid mid-tier result. However, the ideas remain somewhat limited and under-developed. For instance, the writer introduces the concepts of a secure future stay and reducing financial stress, but fails to extend these points fully. The examples provided, such as the mention of Germany and China, are very brief and lack specific elaboration to support the arguments convincingly. The position is generally clear from the introduction and conclusion, but the lack of thorough explanation and extension of key ideas prevents the response from reaching a higher level.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt at logical organisation. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate the introduction, body points, and conclusion. Cohesive devices are employed to structure the response, such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'To sum up'. However, the progression of ideas is sometimes mechanical rather than fluid, and referencing is not always clear, as seen in repetitive phrasing like 'secure future stay'. The overuse of formulaic transitions highlights a reliance on basic cohesive patterns, preventing a smoother flow of arguments throughout the text.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is minimally adequate for the task, but the range is limited and constrained by noticeable lexical and word-form errors. The writer attempts less common vocabulary, such as 'development' and 'significant advantage', but struggles with accurate word choice and collocation, resulting in awkward phrases like 'humans prefer the important of owning home', 'stress financial', and 'monthly recent'. Additionally, there are frequent issues with word forms, such as 'reduce stress of financial' instead of 'reduce financial stress'. These lexical inaccuracies and limitations cause occasional strain and difficulty for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The grammar demonstrates a limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside faulty attempts at complex ones. Frequent errors are present across various structures, including subject-verb agreement and missing articles, as seen in 'As personal home help to spend' and 'a recently survey conduct in Chine'. Verb forms and sentence patterns are often inaccurate, such as 'their did not paid the monthly recent' and 'owning home might have some drawback too, but I believe'. These frequent grammatical errors cause some difficulty for the reader, keeping the writing firmly at this level.
