Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, many countries buying own a house than renting a home is more benefits and important for human beings. I think own house is more comfortable than rent house.
However, their are some positive impact that's are people who stay in own house their have been many benifits and easy to sit. It's make more comfortable at own house and easily manage the sitaution. Did not pay money to every month. For intances, it's doesnot make over noise to overside and safety to own family. It's gives more facilities in own house. Sometimes unknown people are come but doesnot easily to entry.
Morever, the negative cause in the rent house. There has many worts impact, in rent house there has lot's of problems and noises are provide. Rent home there stay many people in that house so doesnot take safety and difficult to handle sitaution. In there large amount of familers are stay and some person are like criminal and thefts. So, there had doesnot more comfortable and good environment. Such as, sometimes come to hard sitaution than that time deficult to manage peaceful environment and manage the financial economy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task partially by discussing why homeownership is important and mentioning some positive and negative aspects, although the format and development remain limited. The position is stated at the beginning, but the ideas presented are under-developed and lack clear extension. For instance, points regarding safety, noise, and financial management are raised briefly without sufficient elaboration or concrete examples to fully support the arguments. Consequently, the discussion remains general and repetitive in places, fitting the criteria for a partial and limited exploration of the prompt's requirements.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation evident through the use of basic paragraphing and general connectors such as 'However', 'Morever', and 'In conclusion'. However, there is no clear overall progression throughout the essay, and the ideas feel disjointed rather than logically sequenced. Cohesive devices are frequently inadequate, inaccurate, or overused, such as the repetitive use of 'For intances' and 'It's gives'. Furthermore, referencing is not always clear, making it difficult to follow the precise logical connections between sentences and paragraphs, resulting in a somewhat mechanical flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for addressing the topic. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the response, such as 'benifits', 'sitaution', 'worts', 'familers', and 'deficult', which frequently cause difficulty and strain for the reader. The student attempts some basic terms related to housing and finance, but the range is narrow and relies heavily on repetition of words like 'house', 'rent', 'comfortable', and 'money', reflecting basic control over lexical items.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response displays a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent attempts at complex structures that are almost entirely faulty. There are frequent grammatical errors involving verb forms, subject-verb agreement, articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries, such as 'many countries buying own a house than renting a home is more benefits', 'their are some positive impact that's are', and 'did not pay money to every month'. These errors are dense throughout the text and frequently cause difficulty for the reader in interpreting the intended meaning.
