In many countries owning a home rather than renting home is very important for People. Some people aurge that you must have to own a home in your life while other's believes that owning a house is jsut waste of money, Inest that money in your Business.

There are many advantages or disadvantages out there for renting home in different coutries.if i place my self in this scenario if think this iv negative situation. There are many reason behind this thinking. One of the main reaon renting home in some countries creates very bad inpact on your life. For instance, if a person do not have a job or any career near in future with that he not own a house than from where he can get the money to pay the rent of the home.If that person own a home he is not get tention about rent.

Futher more, if we look into other side of this case they might also think Renting home is easy and they all invest their money in business and get back money from business and pay the dues. The busines might give enough money to pay their bills. But i completly think opposite becasue i believe home is your safe place. You cannot decorate that rented home as you do with your own home.Owning a home is very important in your life.

Overall, it totaly vary on perosn to person own home is positive thing or Negative. But in my view everyone have their own Home because it is a safe place for all of us.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

The response addresses the prompt by discussing why homeownership is important and giving a personal view on whether this situation is positive or negative. However, the ideas remain quite limited and under-developed, which restricts the depth of the discussion. For instance, the argument regarding job loss and rent payments is introduced briefly without sufficient elaboration or broader context. Furthermore, the position is somewhat unclear due to shifts in perspective and abrupt transitions between ideas. To progress further, you need to extend your arguments by providing clearer explanations and more fully developed supporting details for both why people prioritize buying homes and your evaluation of this trend.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some overall organization to the text, with paragraphs utilized to separate the introduction, body points, and conclusion. However, the progression of ideas lacks clarity, and cohesive devices are frequently inadequate, repetitive, or inaccurate. For example, transition phrases like 'Futher more' and 'Overall, it totaly vary' are mechanically applied and do not establish a smooth logical flow between sentences. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, such as pronoun usage referring back to previous statements. To improve in this area, you should focus on using a wider variety of appropriate cohesive devices and ensuring that your sentences follow a clear, logical sequence from one point to the next.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the response, such as 'aurge' instead of argue, 'jsut' instead of just, 'Inest' instead of invest, 'inact' or 'inpact' for impact, and 'tention' instead of tension. These lexical slips occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. While you attempt to introduce less common topics like business investment and personal finance, inaccuracies in collocations and spelling prevent these ideas from being conveyed with precision. To achieve a higher band, you need to expand your vocabulary range, pay closer attention to word formation, and ensure accurate spelling of common terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The text displays a limited range of grammatical structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent attempts at complex forms that are often faulty. There are persistent errors in verb forms, tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles. Examples include 'if i place my self in this scenario if think this iv negative situation', 'if a person do not have a job', and 'everyone have their own Home'. Punctuation and capitalization are also problematic, with run-on clauses and missing capital letters at the start of sentences. These frequent grammatical errors cause strain and difficulty for the reader. To improve, you should practice forming complex sentences accurately, check subject-verb agreement, and refine your control over basic punctuation and article usage.
