Student answer (Band 5.5)
amontg the world every one wants to purchase one property atleast in their life. Most of the people choose to get a home on their peosonal territoy instead of paying rent of your own home. However, this scenario has some mixed effect as good one and detrimental. i personally believe whereas buy a new home has many possitive impact on individual.
commencing with the plethora of positive attitude while individual decide to invest behind making own house. First of all this is the most essential thing which every family try to fullfill requirement of roof along with we can design our own property ad we want. Furthermore, Garding and personal parking is the enormous benifit of having own homre. Contrastly, in flat we have only tiny space to grow something in addition of general parking and lec of safety. Therfore, most of people invest their capital behind personal roof.
Despite, Even those people who are lived in rental property have such merits such as if there is two or three members in family then rent a flat is the good decision. Also, they can enjoy the top view of city from their common window on daily basis. Nevertheless i accord with notion of making a own home is a very good decision as our family get their personal rooms and comfortable. and upcoming family chain also take advantage of it.
To conclude, Although in equal amount of impact of situation illustrtaes need of diffrent types of people behind their house. Having own home gives larger amount of benefits and throw some positive effect on individual's life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both parts of the question: you suggest that people value owning a home for security, personal space and the ability to shape the property, and you state that you see ownership as positive. These points are relevant, but the reasons are only partly explained. For example, “roof” and personal parking are mentioned as benefits without showing why they make ownership especially important in some countries. The discussion of renting—such as enjoying a city view—does not clearly explain why people choose to rent, and the contrast with ownership is not fully developed. Your position is present, but phrases such as “mixed effect” make it less clear at first. Develop fewer reasons with specific explanation and keep your view consistent throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the reader can identify a general movement from benefits of ownership to renting and then your opinion. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from family needs to design, gardening, parking and safety without clearly linking each point. Connectors such as “Furthermore,” “Contrastly,” “Despite,” and “Nevertheless” are sometimes used inaccurately or do not show the relationship between ideas clearly. The renting paragraph also begins with “Despite” but does not establish a clear contrast. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then explain and support it in a logical order. Clearer referencing would also help readers follow who “they” refers to.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to housing, including “invest,” “personal parking,” “rental property,” and “positive effect,” and you try to vary your wording. However, the range is limited and many choices or spellings are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “personal territoy,” “Garding,” “lec of safety,” and “family chain”; the intended meanings are not always clear. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “invest behind making own house” and “top view of city.” Build a more reliable set of housing collocations and check spelling and word forms. Prefer precise expressions such as “buy a home,” “private outdoor space,” and “future generations” over improvised phrases.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea (“if there is two or three members in family”) and a concession in the conclusion. However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation can make the reader pause. For example, “every one wants to purchase one property” has an unclear noun phrase, while “people who are lived in rental property” uses an incorrect verb form. In “if there is two or three members,” the verb does not agree with the plural subject. Several sentences also lack clear boundaries or begin with a lower-case letter. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for a complete subject and verb.
