Student answer (Band 4.0)

In all countries in the worlds home is very important for living and the owning home is the proud feeling because home is the very important in daily life.

Firstly, this is positive situation for owning a home rather because in the daily life we should one home is owner me because therefore, we not rent pay in every end the months and saving the money. They are many reasons for owning home because firstly, saving the money and other reason is no sad about rent pay and relax life lives in society.

Further, If people like rent home and according to that opinion this is very important for people one home must rent in the daily life but this is negative situation.

According to my opinion this is very bad for people that importantly for richest not own home. And they lives in rent home in daily life. For example, A poor man every month rent pay for home this is is daily life budget for low and this is very not good habits. Because in every country pay rent for home in every last month every human is this not easy for importantly poor men. We should in daily life one home must importantly for rather owning because this is very reason in back and life style easy and fast. we rent a some room and earning income and saves money. This is very

To conclude, In some countries owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people and we should apply for positive situation and this is very good situation for owning home.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You give a clear overall preference for home ownership, especially in the opening and conclusion, and you mention possible reasons such as avoiding monthly rent and feeling more secure. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: the reasons are repeated rather than explained, and the discussion of why ownership matters in some countries is not developed. The paragraph beginning “Further” introduces renting but does not clearly explain its role in your argument, while the example of a poor person paying rent remains difficult to follow. The response also ends with an unfinished sentence (“This is very”), which leaves an idea incomplete. Develop two relevant reasons with clear explanations and examples, and make your positive or negative judgement consistent throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “Further” and “To conclude” show an awareness of sequencing. However, ideas are not arranged coherently enough for the reader to follow the argument. The first body paragraph repeats the point about saving money, while the next shifts between renting, rich people and poor people without clear links. Connect each paragraph to one main point, then explain it in a logical order. Some linking expressions, including “because therefore,” do not show a clear relationship between ideas, and the unfinished final body sentence disrupts progression. Clear topic sentences and more precise references would make the organisation easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.0

Your vocabulary is basic and repetitive, with frequent reuse of “important,” “home,” “daily life” and “very.” This limits your ability to express the reasons and consequences precisely, and some word combinations make the meaning difficult to understand, such as “no sad about rent pay” and “relax life lives in society.” There are a few relevant terms, including “rent,” “saving the money” and “income,” but they are not used with consistent accuracy. Build a small range of topic vocabulary and learn it in natural phrases, such as “monthly rent,” “housing costs,” “financial security” and “a sense of stability.” More precise word choice would help communicate your ideas without relying on repeated general words.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0

The response relies mainly on short, simple statements and shows very limited control of sentence structure. Frequent errors in articles, agreement, verb forms and sentence construction sometimes distort meaning. For example, “in all countries in the worlds home” lacks accurate plural and article forms, while “we should one home is owner me” does not form a clear grammatical clause. In “They are many reasons,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “they lives” has an incorrect verb form. The sentence beginning “Because in every country” is also a fragment, and the final body sentence is incomplete. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check articles, plurals and agreement.
