In today's world, home is a important part of everyone's life that's why some nations purchasing a house rather than renting one is quite significant for people because governments think owning home is beneficial for people who do not have a house for live .Governments providing some facilities for people who like to bought a home rather than live on rental house like governments providing home loans scheme and it is a positive aspect of owning home.In this essay we will discuss both perspectives.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions: you suggest that government loan schemes make buying a home possible, and you state that home ownership is positive. These points are relevant, but the explanation of why ownership matters is limited and sometimes unclear. For example, the claim that renters can “easily pay” loan instalments is not explained, and the link between high rents and people living on the streets is asserted rather than supported. The response also focuses heavily on government assistance, while other possible reasons—such as security, stability, or investment—are not explored. Your positive position is present, especially in the conclusion, but it would be stronger if stated clearly at the beginning and supported with specific, developed reasons.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use linking expressions such as “For example,” “Therefore,” and “Moreover.” However, progression within and between ideas is often unclear, and some links feel mechanical. The opening sentence combines several claims about home ownership and government policy, making the main point difficult to follow. In the second body paragraph, the discussion moves from rent and bills to homelessness without explaining the connection. Repeated references to governments and owning a home also limit development. Give each paragraph one clear purpose, then connect each supporting example directly to its main idea and use pronouns or synonyms to avoid repetition.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the general subject, including “home loans,” “monthly rent,” “installments,” and “shelter.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes meaning less clear. Phrases such as “rental house,” “rent paygment stress,” and “home loan facilities” are not natural in this context; “rented accommodation,” “the pressure of paying rent,” and “mortgage assistance” would be clearer. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “introdeced,” “givernments,” and “peoplle.” Aim to learn common collocations for housing and finance, check spelling carefully, and vary repeated terms such as “people,” “government,” and “home.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt longer sentences and use clauses with “because,” “which,” and “although,” but the range is limited and these complex structures are often faulty. Errors in articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries occur frequently and can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “home is a important part” needs an article correction, while “governments providing” lacks a finite verb. The repeated form “people who wants to bought” also combines incorrect agreement and verb forms. Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, particularly in the introduction. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time; check that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
