Student answer (Band 5.5)
undoubtedly immigrations are increasing now days dwellers prerfer to change nations for better settelement and acheaving career goals. it has been observed that in few nations buying a residence except stay in rental house is crucial for individuals as my prespective this is a positve situation due to numerous reaosns which will be clarified in the upcoming paragraphs
to begin with buying own house in other nation is very crucial these days due to numerous reaons firstly svaings of money which spended of rents to elobrate it dwellers invest money for their future savings which will be helpfull in their rainy days and they can help their family by sending funds apart from this feel more comfortable and relaxed it is sure that individuals feel more relaxed in their own residence multitueds can do what ever they want without any restrictions of property owner
moreover there are more multiple reasons to justify the statement firstly invest property for their kinders which help them in their studies or paying fees to higher colleges by which stress on kinders and parents get decreased of heavy pressure of fees on top of that run a renting bussiness by own property individuals can give retals room to stay for students and migrants by which dwellers can earn a good income for covering daily expense
hence it become evident that purchasing a residnece in other country is a positive situation with numerous reasons like saving for future needs beside this earing good income by own property to cover daily needs

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that home ownership is positive and offer relevant reasons, including saving money otherwise spent on rent, feeling more comfortable, supporting children’s education, and earning income by renting rooms. These points address both why ownership matters and whether it is positive. However, the explanation of why this is especially important in some countries is not clearly established; the opening focuses on immigration, but this link is not developed in the body. Several ideas are also asserted rather than explained—for example, how buying a home creates savings or how rental income would work. Develop fewer points with clearer cause-and-effect support, and connect them directly to the question’s country-specific context.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “to begin with,” “moreover” and “hence” help show the intended structure. The main ideas are generally grouped by topic. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow because several points are joined into long, loosely connected sentences, and the linking phrases sometimes introduce ideas without clarifying their relationship. For instance, the move from saving money to helping family and then feeling comfortable needs clearer separation and explanation. The conclusion repeats the main position but adds little synthesis. Use shorter, complete sentences, organise each paragraph around one main reason, and make references between ideas more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to housing and finances, including “rental house,” “property owner,” “higher colleges,” “renting business” and “daily expense.” This gives the response a basic range suited to the topic. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are frequent and sometimes make the reader pause, as in “immigrations,” “settlement,” “multitueds,” “residnece” and “retals room.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “savings of money which spended of rents” and “invest property for their kinders.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than adding difficult words: for example, use “money spent on rent,” “invest in property,” and “rental rooms.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would make your meaning much clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences and use some subordinate clauses, such as “which will be helpful in their rainy days” and “without any restrictions of property owner.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and complex attempts often contain errors that make relationships between ideas unclear. Examples include “buying own house … is very crucial,” “money which spended of rents,” and “it become evident,” where articles, verb forms or agreement are missing or incorrect. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, so several ideas run together. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses. Check articles, subject–verb agreement, verb forms and full stops when editing.
