Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both parts of the question: you suggest that owning a home offers space and a peaceful environment, and you discuss renting as a way to reduce costs, particularly for people living abroad. However, the reasons why home ownership is important in some countries are not clearly explained, and the claim about saving taxes is not developed. Your view is also difficult to identify: “I partically positve and negitive” signals a mixed opinion, but the conclusion mainly lists advantages and disadvantages rather than stating whether the situation is positive or negative overall. Examples, such as dividing rooms for books and personal items, are relevant but need clearer explanation. Develop a consistent position and explain the reasons and consequences more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the contrast between “On the one Hand” and “On the other hand” gives the reader a basic structure. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the first body paragraph moves from the benefits of ownership to the benefits of renting without a clear link, while the second combines ownership costs with renting’s advantages and disadvantages. Some linking phrases, including “Futhermore” and “however,” do not clearly show how the ideas relate. The conclusion repeats points rather than bringing the argument together. Give each paragraph one main purpose, order supporting details logically, and use clear references so readers can follow which type of housing each point concerns.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “peaceful,” “environment,” “electric bill,” and “personal tools,” and you use some contrast language to discuss ownership and renting. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make meaning difficult to follow, such as “highly renting,” “worth area,” and “lost of cots.” Spelling errors are frequent, including “persnal,” “crusical,” and “expendtions,” and some word combinations are unnatural, such as “owning home play important roles.” These issues sometimes make the reader work to infer your meaning. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; prefer clear expressions such as “housing costs” and “a sense of security.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with examples and reasons, but sentence structures are often faulty, and errors can make relationships between ideas unclear. For instance, “owning home play important roles giving” lacks accurate article use and verb agreement, while “some people leaves” and “they save a lots” show problems with subject–verb agreement and plural forms. Several sentences are fragments or run together, including the opening’s “discussing both of views.” Articles and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement, articles and punctuation. Using a few accurate complex forms with “because” or “although” would help express your comparisons more clearly.
