In many Countries, People think it is very important to buy a home rather than renting a one. This essay will examine what might be case in my prespective this usually happen because owning a house give family a safe place to live and they can save money for there future.

The Primary reason is indivisual thick owning real estate mean they no tension of any rent they can save there lots of money for there future For Example In Pakistan about 70% of people own there house owning a house is just like tradition of that area

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You address both parts of the question: you suggest that home ownership offers security and helps people avoid rent, and you indicate that you see it as beneficial. However, the positive/negative judgement is only implied rather than clearly stated and explained. The reasons are relevant, but they are minimally developed: the Pakistan example is a broad claim, while the story about your uncle illustrates emergency financial support without explaining how common or reliable this benefit is. The conclusion repeats the idea of safety but does not directly evaluate the situation. The response is also 68 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop your position and support your ideas. State your view explicitly and extend each reason with explanation and relevant support.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The two main reasons are separated into different paragraphs, and phrases such as “The Primary reason,” “Another major factor” and “In Conclusion” help signal the stages of the response. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, particularly where the example about your uncle is joined to the explanation without clear sentence boundaries. Some linking is mechanical, and the conclusion does not clearly connect back to an explicit position on whether this is positive or negative. Use clearer sentence boundaries and develop each paragraph in a consistent order: main point, explanation, then example. More precise referencing would also help readers follow who is involved.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use a basic range of vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “owning a house,” “safe place to live,” “save money” and “financial.” These expressions make the central ideas understandable. However, vocabulary is repetitive, especially the repeated use of “owning a house” and “future,” and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts harder to understand, such as “indivisual thick,” “sale the house” and “got the oppration.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “no tension of any rent.” Aim to use a wider range of accurate topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations carefully. For example, you could describe home ownership as providing “financial security” or “a stable place to live,” rather than repeating the same basic phrases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a reason followed by an example, but control is inconsistent and errors frequently make the reader work to understand the meaning. For instance, “owning a house give family a safe place” has subject–verb agreement and article problems, while “they can sale the house and you that to solve that issue” has an unclear sentence structure and pronoun reference. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also often missing, as in the opening paragraph and the Pakistan example. There is little evidence of accurate complex structures. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles, pronouns and punctuation. Separating each idea into a correctly punctuated sentence will improve clarity.
