Student answer (Band 5.0)
Middle class people always dreams to owning a house before his birth. Millions of People dreaming to owning a house. In few coutries most people prefers to purchase a house rather than renting is understandable. In my view its is positive aspects becuase it help people to live a stress free life with family and fullfil their basic needs.
There are several reasons firstly financially independency it will make them to feel proud as an owner and also it help them to provide educations to their childrens. Moreover it is being assumed that their wealth will increase after buying a house. Although it is crucial for people who are coming from poor background to become stable and live healthy life .
Renting a house is a cursed for a people. Because of inflations and political crises in underdevelopment countries. However large number of people are living on renting and are not able to buy a food for self. Although their montly income is around 30k and the rent may be half of it .There for people work hard in their entire life to purchase a shuitable home for self .
To sumup it is a positive thought of people who are buying house after spending years to make it possible.
Government should have to manage inflation rate and political crises for people and provide them a basic life style .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall view that home ownership is positive, and you offer relevant reasons, including financial security, pride, and the possibility that a property will increase in value. However, the task is only partly addressed: the reasons why ownership matters are listed rather than explained in depth, and the discussion of renting shifts towards poverty and inflation without clearly showing why these factors make owning a home especially important. The final recommendation to government is also not developed. The response is 22 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Develop each main reason with a specific explanation or example, and make your position explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation: the opening states your view, the middle paragraphs introduce reasons and contrast renting with ownership, and the final lines provide a conclusion and recommendation. However, the progression between ideas is not consistently clear. For example, the paragraph beginning “Renting a house is a cursed” moves from inflation to people being unable to buy food, then to monthly income and rent, without clearly linking these points to the central argument. Connectors such as “Although,” “Moreover,” and “There for” are sometimes used inaccurately or mechanically, and the repeated use of “Although” makes relationships between ideas harder to follow. Use one clear purpose for each paragraph, and link sentences with precise cause-and-effect or contrast language.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “financially independency,” “political crises,” and “stable,” and you communicate the general subject of housing and economic security. However, the range is limited and several word choices, forms, and spellings are inaccurate or unnatural, sometimes making the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “a cursed,” “a shuitable home,” “fullfil,” and “provide educations.” Repetition of “house,” “people,” and “buy” also restricts variety. Build a more accurate set of topic-specific expressions and check collocations and word forms; for instance, use “financial independence,” “housing costs,” and “purchase a suitable home.” This would make your ideas clearer and more precise.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a sentence beginning “Although it is crucial…” and one using “Because of…”. However, the range is limited, and complex attempts are often incomplete or faulty. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in “Middle class people always dreams” and “most people prefers”; sentence construction is also unclear in “There are several reasons firstly financially independency…” and “Although their monthly income is around 30k…”. Articles, plurals, and punctuation are inconsistent, as in “a house,” “their childrens,” and the run-on transitions between sentences. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement, articles, and punctuation before adding more complex clauses.
