At the present time many countries owning a home rather one is very important for people .In my think it is positive which resnt cost save ,enjoy to anytime home and freedom but negative situation is all people nit effoct for home .House is expensive and fincial persure.
On the on hand some countries owning a home rather of impotant for people. This is a positive situation because house rent cost save .This time we are pay to cost .many time people house traditional cultural this time family ghadring and everytime freedom it is a own house. The owning hose peope living to indepedanly such as people are play to game all time, rent money save this money envestment for other this.
However owning home rather than renthing impotant for people .It is negative situation many people not offect for home because home is very expensive this time rent home has help to as in our life .Most house havvy metalis used cost cost is expensived .Second negative situation is fincial pesutier because they are forced to buy therir own house .They have not enough money.Such as most people have work is had but fincail low it time is negative situation.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You address both questions: you suggest that ownership can save rent and provide freedom, and you also identify high prices and financial pressure as drawbacks. Your overall view is that the situation has both positive and negative aspects, but this position is not explained consistently, and the reasons remain brief or unclear. For example, “family ghadring” and “freedom” are mentioned without showing how they explain the importance of owning a home in some countries. The response therefore only partially develops the task. It also contains 229 words, below the required 250, so there is limited space to explain and support your ideas. Develop each reason with a clear explanation or example, and state your overall judgement more directly in the introduction and conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for positive and negative points, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “On the one hand,” “However,” and “In my conclusion” help signal the stages of your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow because several ideas are joined without clear relationships, as in “family ghadring and everytime freedom it is a own house.” Some linking phrases are also inaccurate or repetitive, and the conclusion largely repeats the introduction rather than bringing the reasons together. Use one main idea per paragraph, then explain it in a logical sequence. Clearer sentence boundaries and references to the point being discussed would make the organisation easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “rent,” “investment,” “freedom,” “expensive,” and “financial pressure.” These choices show that you can identify useful concepts, but the range is basic and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make meaning difficult to understand. For instance, “rent cost save” and “owning hose peope living to indepedanly” do not express the intended ideas clearly, while “heavy metals” appears unsuitable for describing housing costs. Repeated use of “important,” “negative situation,” and “people” also limits precision. Build a small set of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; for example, explain that ownership can “reduce monthly rental expenses” or create “long-term financial security.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You make some attempts to express contrast and give reasons, using forms such as “because” and “However,” and the response includes both simple statements and longer sentences. However, the range of sentence structures is very limited, and frequent errors in sentence formation, verb forms, articles, and agreement often obscure the message. Examples include “many countries owning a home rather one is very important” and “they are pay to cost”; these need clearer subjects and correctly formed verbs. Punctuation and spacing also make sentence boundaries hard to identify, particularly in the opening and conclusion. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then combine related ideas with “because,” “although,” or “which.” Proofread each sentence for a complete clause and correct verb form.
