Nowadays, yhis is an important issue considerable attention. People have different views about this matter. This essay will discuss the main arguments and oresent my opinion in an analytical way. Nowadays, in some nations, possessing a house considered more crucial rather than renting for the individuals. This essay will discuss the reason for this trend and argue that it is a largely negative development.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why people owning a house. Firstly, owning a home is good these situations. When person possess own a house, they do not worry about this situation and breath lively to landlord. For example, families with childrens want a stable place to live. Secondly, culture like pakistan and india owning a home is best stability. Peple also shows a sense of possibility. Many humans stable a houses achievement. However, I thing this situations that largely negative development than positive. The first is contemporary is heavily pressure because hotel rent rooms prices are highly performed. Many persons large loans from banks and they spend more year back to debt and because they faced more difficultues. Government should redure the number of rom coms, and provided with affordable housing. I thing its negatively situations for this opportunity because place to live home or rent is very difficulties. It is difficult him to move quickly for rentals house, In contrast, renting room is easily.
In conclusion, although owning house provided security and status. I hope my society have a one day is good in another cities and provided the in all facilities.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the prompt: you suggest that home ownership offers stability and security, and you state that you see the trend as largely negative. The example of families wanting “a stable place to live” is relevant, and you mention financial pressure from loans. However, the reasons are only partly explained, and some points are difficult to interpret, such as “a sense of possibility” and the reference to “hotel rent rooms prices.” Your negative position is also not consistently supported: the conclusion shifts to hoping society will improve, rather than clearly restating why the situation is negative. Develop two clear reasons for ownership and explain the consequences of your view with specific, relevant examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, a main paragraph and a conclusion, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “Firstly,” and “In conclusion” show an attempt to organise ideas. However, the progression within the main paragraph is difficult to follow: reasons for ownership, a negative evaluation, housing costs and renting are combined without clear separation. Some links are unclear, including “However, I thing this situations that largely negative development,” and the conclusion does not clearly connect to the argument developed earlier. Use separate paragraphs for the reasons and your evaluation, and make each paragraph follow a clear sequence: main point, explanation and example. Use linking expressions only where the relationship between ideas is clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “possessing a house,” “stable place,” “landlord,” “loans from banks” and “affordable housing.” These choices show awareness of the subject, but the range is limited and many phrases are inaccurate or unclear, which sometimes makes the intended meaning hard to understand. Examples include “breath lively to landlord,” “stable a houses achievement” and “hotel rent rooms prices.” Spelling errors such as “Peple,” “difficultues” and “redure” also reduce clarity. Build a bank of accurate housing collocations and check spelling; for example, explain that ownership can provide “financial security” or “a sense of permanence,” while renting may offer “greater flexibility.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures, including “When person possess own a house, they do not worry…” and “although owning house provided security and status.” However, errors in sentence formation and basic grammar are frequent and can make meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “possessing a house considered more crucial” is missing a verb, while “why people owning a house” needs a complete clause. There are also problems with articles, agreement and verb forms, as in “families with childrens want” and “owning house provided.” Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check that each sentence has a clear subject and finite verb, and review articles and singular/plural agreement.
