It is often argued that In some nations having a house is crucial for individuals rather than renting one. This essay will discuss why it is the case and provide some reasons for being a positive development.
In regards to the first question,People owning a house has a sense of belonging. Individuals owning home has a place to reside with their family allowing them to have a space for calm, security and purpose.Furthermore they feel conected and become more grounded. On the contrary, Person living in a rented space has to pay rent on a regular basis which forces them to have some financial captial to pay and should regularly face the owner concerns regarding different situation in the house. As a result , many people from different countries prefer to acquire a home instead of renting one.For Example, Every nepali citizen owns a house.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question and make your position clear: you explain that home ownership can provide belonging and security, and you judge it to be positive. These are relevant reasons, and the essay has a recognisable introduction, two main paragraphs and conclusion. However, some ideas are less fully developed than others. The point about rented homes focuses mainly on rent and dealing with landlords, without explaining in depth why these pressures make ownership especially important in some countries. The claim that “Every nepali citizen owns a house” is an unsupported overgeneralisation and weakens the example. The discussion of government benefits and mortgage payments also needs a clearer explanation of how these follow from owning a home.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response is organised in a clear overall sequence: an introduction, one paragraph on why people value ownership, one on its positive effects, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “In regards to the first question” and “Pertaining to the second question” helps readers follow the two parts of the task, while “Furthermore” and “As a result” show some awareness of linking ideas. To make the progression more natural and cohesive, avoid formulaic transitions and connect each supporting point more explicitly to the main claim. For example, the shift from mortgage payments to government benefits is abrupt, and “On the contrary” does not express a clear contrast in that context. Clearer referencing and more precise links between claims would strengthen the flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “sense of belonging,” “financial,” “mortgage” and “safety net,” and the reader can generally understand your meaning. There is also an attempt to use less common expressions, but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “financial captial” appears to mean financial capital, while “owner concerns regarding different situation” is unclear. Spelling errors such as “conected,” “secured” where you mean secure, and “goverment” also affect the impression of control. Some wording is repetitive, particularly “sense of” and “house.” Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling; for instance, describe the practical costs and responsibilities of renting more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “a place to reside with their family allowing them…” and a reason clause introduced by “due to the fact that.” However, errors in agreement, articles and sentence construction are noticeable and sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Examples include “People owning a house has,” “Individuals owning home has,” and “Civilians who have their own house feels.” The opening also has a run-on boundary between “one” and “This essay,” and punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and separating complete sentences. More reliable control of these basics, alongside varied structures, would improve clarity.
