Student answer (Band 5.0)
In certain nation having a home rather than rental is very important for people.
This might be the case that many people thinks about owning a home is benificial and give advantages to familes instead of taking rental home. I think this is positive situation beacause having own home is much better rather than rental home because for mind peace and give better life style to family inner satisfaction.
In rental home owner of the house taking serious actions for small damages or rectifications. Owner always curious about their property if a damage occour owner fight with tenant. Rental home prices risen every year it make trouble for tenant to bear high price. Instead of this who have a own property is very good for peace of mind and satisfaction. People thinks if they lived in rental home five years and give every month rent that goes and after year it will rise, it'd best to have own home and give installments every month having a own hoome

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both parts of the question: you suggest that people value ownership for peace of mind and family satisfaction, and you clearly state that you see it as positive. You also give relevant reasons, including disputes over damage in rented homes and rising rents. However, the explanation of why ownership matters is brief, and the comparison about paying rent for five years versus paying instalments is difficult to follow and not fully developed. The response therefore only partially fulfils the task: extend each reason with a clear explanation or example, and make the comparison precise. The response is also below the required 250 words, so there is not enough development to support your position fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation: an opening statement is followed by your opinion and then reasons supporting it. Linking expressions such as “Instead of this” and “because” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the overall progression is limited, and several points are crowded into one paragraph. The relationship between “peace of mind,” family satisfaction, disputes with landlords and rising rents could be made clearer by grouping related ideas and explaining each in sequence. The final comparison about rent and instalments is especially hard to follow. Use separate paragraphs for the reasons and conclusion, and choose more precise links such as “Furthermore” or “As a result” where they accurately show the connection.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the main topic, with relevant terms such as “rental home,” “property,” “damages,” “tenant” and “installments.” You also attempt phrases such as “peace of mind” and “inner satisfaction.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts less clear, including “taking rental home,” “prices risen,” “a own property” and “hoome.” Some expressions are repeated, particularly “home” and “owner.” Aim for more accurate housing-related phrases and check spelling and word forms. For example, distinguish between “renting a home” and “owning a home,” and use “monthly rent” or “mortgage payments” precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You communicate your main opinion using mostly simple sentence patterns, and you attempt longer structures with “because” and “if.” However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty. For example, “many people thinks about owning a home is benificial and give advantages” has problems with subject–verb agreement and sentence construction; “Rental home prices risen every year it make trouble” joins clauses without suitable punctuation and has errors in verb form and agreement. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent, as in “a own property.” These frequent errors can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause, then check agreement, articles and punctuation.
