The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The given line graph illustrates the information about vistors of Caribben island between 2010 and 2017.

Overall, the graph of total visitors were inclined rapidly, while the number of tourists who stay on cruise ships and island, fluctuate in the given time period.

In the begining of the year, tourists who stay on cruise ships were minimum, in 20011 the number slightly increased with 0.5 and this number fluctuate till 2013, acconted 0.5 millions. After 2013 the number inclined gradually, in 2017, 2 million visitors were stay on cruise ships.

In 2010 quarter to one million visitors were stay on island and this ratio remain unchanged till 2011, after that year the number were increased with 1.5 million at the end of the year, except 2016, which was slightly down.

The number of total visitors were 1 million in 2010 and this ratio raised continously. In 2017 the total number of visitors were 3.5 million.
