The given line graph indicates the number of tourist visiting a specific Caribbean Island from 2010 to 2017.
Overall number of visitors has shown a consistant rise over time, in 2010 I million people visited increased by 2 million in 2013 and reached at 3.5 million in 2017.
The visitors stayed at two different things i.e on cruise ship and on island. In 2010 people prefer stayig on island showing a population of approx 0.75 million while only 0.25 million people stayed at cruise.
The population of people prefering staying at crusie increases each year except in 2012 it get reduced and hence in 2017 rise even more than island option.
while the people stayed at island fist remained constant from year 2010 to 2011 then rised and again decline in 2016.
In conclusion number of vistors rose each year and preference started with staying at island and ended up syaing on cruise.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You identify the overall rise in total visitors, from about 1 million in 2010 to 3.5 million in 2017, and compare the two accommodation groups at the beginning and end of the period. The account also notes the island figure’s early stability and its dip in 2016. However, some important details are under-developed or imprecise: the total reached 2 million in 2013, but then continued rising to 2.75 million in 2015 and remained level in 2016 before its final increase. The cruise-ship figure did not increase each year, as it fell in 2012; the island figure also rose to 1.5 million and then fluctuated. A clearer overview of these contrasting patterns, supported by key intermediate figures, would make the summary more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a broad overview, comparisons of the two visitor groups, and a concluding statement. This gives the reader a basic route through the information. However, progression within the body is uneven, and the final sentence repeats the overview rather than adding a useful comparison. Some links are awkward or unclear, particularly “and hence in 2017 rise even more than island option,” which makes the relationship between the cruise and island figures difficult to follow. The paragraphing also leaves the two series’ trends somewhat disconnected. Organise the details in a more consistent sequence—first the total, then each group—and use clear linking phrases to show changes and contrasts.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant task vocabulary, including “line graph,” “visitors,” “increases,” “remained constant,” and “decline,” so the main trends can generally be understood. However, the range is limited and several word-choice or spelling errors reduce precision: “population” is not suitable for visitor numbers, while “preference” suggests a choice that the graph does not directly measure. There are also misspellings such as “consistant,” “crusie,” and “vistors,” and repeated use of “people” and “stayed.” Use accurate trend language and vary the nouns and verbs—for example, describe visitor numbers as figures or totals, and say that visitors stayed on the island or aboard cruise ships.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple and more extended sentence forms, and the main message is usually recoverable. However, grammatical control is inconsistent, especially in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries. For example, “number of tourist visiting” needs a plural noun and a correctly formed modifier, while “it get reduced” and “then rised” use incorrect verb forms. The sentence beginning “Overall number of visitors” also joins several clauses without clear punctuation, and “reached at 3.5 million” has an incorrect grammatical pattern. Practise forming complete sentences with consistent past-tense verbs, and check articles and punctuation. More accurate control of these basic patterns would make the comparisons easier to follow.
