In the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Student answer (Band 5.5)
In Contemporary times, the effect of printed books and newspapers on future has become a topic of considerable debate. In my view, reading books online is more efficient way of learning in the future due to we can easily accessible all kinds of books via their website without purchase from the book shop and save money in the future. This essay will discuss these aspects in detail.
In the beginning, the world has undergone significant modernization. We can easily reach everything through internet and save our precious time and money.Additionally,Why i agree this viewpoint because some crucial books are not available in the nearby book depots and you spend money to travelling big city's book centre to purchase the book and you must spend extra funds to reach the book.
Moreover, newspapers will also available online in the future and nobody will waste their wealth to reach these newspapers physically.Another freedom to access these things online is that you will convert it into diverse languages and you read in multiple languages whatever you need. For instance, In the future, advanced software such as google translate will enable people to convert urdu newspapers into english within seconds, making interntional news more accessible to a wider audiance.Furthermore, It is likely that AI will develop more advanced translation tools, allowing people to understand International authors'books and international newspapers written in diverse languages.
In conclusion, after considering the aforementioned arguments.I firmly believe that online newspapers and books are more efficient way of learning. This is because easily accessible and save the money that you spent to purchase these things and convert it into different languages. Therefore, I maintain that Online reading is more efficient then purcha

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you support the view that online reading will replace printed materials, and you give relevant reasons, including convenience, lower costs, and translation tools. The examples about travelling to a distant book centre and translating Urdu newspapers help illustrate these points. However, the response addresses the claim only partially because it does not examine the prediction that nobody will buy printed books or newspapers, or consider why some people may continue to prefer print. Several points are asserted rather than developed—for example, that online access is free and that it is more efficient for learning. To strengthen the response, explain these claims and connect each reason directly to whether printed publications will disappear entirely.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and the ideas generally relate to online access. Linking expressions such as “Additionally,” “Moreover,” and “For instance” help signal additions and examples. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the first body paragraph moves from modernization to book availability and travel costs without fully explaining the links. Some transitions feel mechanical, and the conclusion repeats earlier claims rather than drawing the argument together. Punctuation also makes boundaries difficult to follow, as in “In conclusion, after considering the aforementioned arguments.I firmly believe.” Use clearer topic sentences, develop one main point at a time, and ensure each sentence connects logically to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “considerable debate,” “modernization,” “accessible,” and “translation tools,” and the reader can generally understand your intended meaning. However, the range is limited by repeated references to “online,” “books,” and “money,” while several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward. For example, “reach everything through internet,” “waste their wealth to reach these newspapers physically,” and “international authors'books” do not sound natural and may briefly distract the reader. There are also spelling and capitalization slips, such as “interntional,” “audiance,” and inconsistent use of capitals. Build precision by learning common collocations for digital publishing and checking spelling and word forms during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a sentence beginning “For instance” and a clause about translation tools “making international news more accessible.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to process. Examples include “reading books online is more efficient way” (missing an article), “due to we can easily accessible” (incorrect clause structure), and “newspapers will also available” (missing a verb). Verb forms and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “you read in multiple languages” and “In conclusion, after considering the aforementioned arguments.I firmly believe.” Practise building accurate clauses with clear subjects and verbs, and check articles, verb forms, and punctuation before submitting.
