IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is argued that some people believe no one will purchase printed books and newspapers in future because many individuals will prefer read online without any pay of charges. I strongly agree with this point of view because we will easy to access a variety of books with updated material and no burden and carry easily whenever you go. Now I shall discuss in deeply.
The one major reason is that no body will buy printed newspapers or books in future, this is mainly beacuse social media will provide easy access to read books and updated news. they will give also a wide range of materials without any charges. For example many university going students buy to read academic books and print the notes. They spend huge amount on it but in the future they will not face these types of difficulties. Therefore students will be more focus on their studies without any hesitation and burden of money.
Another reason is that many people will easy to carry whenever you go because many students carry the burden of books and older people carry the newspaper during travelling. For instance some people debt the books from library to read, I think this is the big responsibilty but in up coming years many individuals not face this type of problems.
In conclusion, books or newspaper will replaced by the online books and news without any cost. In my prespective many people gain more knowledge and easy to access. Almost every person have on mobile phone so they will not carry heavy books or newspapers.
