IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Student answer (Band 5.0)
Today, everything shift on internet. Many people see news on Tv, mobiles and tablet. Some people blieve that, in the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. I partly agree with this view because now a days people use mobiles and laptops for read books and see news. But, I think it not mean materialistic books and news paper are completely reduse from the world.
To start, reading books and news online is promote and people use eccessed espacialy young people. Reading online save peoples time to go book shops and save money to bought books and newspaper. In another reason, people no need to held heavy books because some websites provide free pdf they want and online has enough material for reading.
On the other hand, this type of people who like to read physically books and news because it helps to consantration and save to any distraction and notification on mobile. Allthogh, some people likes to keep their own books collection.One reason, who read online their eyesite is weak. Some websites have gain charges on books.For example , I suggested my friend to read online. So, she invite me on her home and show me her books collection and ask me she has to attached with her own books.
To conclude, it is no dought everything available online and more people read books online but some people who like to purchase books and read. They feel happy to collect books in her home. Books always exist on world.
