IELTS Writing Task 2 question

In the future nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Student answer (Band 5.0)

People will not purchase printed media or books in the future because they will access to read everythings on the internet free of cost. I strongly agree with this overview becasue most of the people are using smart phones and digital devices and with the internet it will easy acces.

One major reason why no one will buy printed papers or books is that degital devices uses are siginicalty increasing all over the world for that reason they can easily access to every books or newpaper on the internet without any charges. For example if someone setting in the area that he will is not comfortable to read printed books or papers, he will use smart phone can can read everything easily from internet without any charges.

Another reason is that, it is easily access. Nowadays everyone is busy in their life, so they have no time to go to a shop and purchase a book or newspape. For that reason they perfer to read all these from internet. For example if someone need a book immediately and he has no time, he will perfer read from online.

In conclusion, in the future no one will purchase the printed books or newspapers becasue they will easily access through internet without any cost. They can easily and everywhere read papers or e-books on their drgital devices.
