Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You state a clear position—“I am totally agree with that statement”—and give a relevant reason: news and other material will be available on phones and laptops. You also refer to current access to news online, which begins to support your view. However, the response addresses the topic only minimally: it largely repeats the prediction that printed newspapers will disappear and does not explain how books might be affected or whether online reading will truly be free. The required minimum length is not met, so there is little space to develop and support your ideas. To strengthen the response, discuss both newspapers and books, explain your reasons with examples, and consider a counterpoint such as people who prefer printed copies.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a basic sequence: it introduces the future prediction, states agreement, and then gives a reason based on online news. This makes the general direction understandable. However, the ideas are not arranged into clear paragraphs, and several points are repeated, especially that news will be available on mobile phones and laptops. The link between present-day access and the claim that printed publications will disappear is not fully explained. Some sentence boundaries are also unclear, with full stops and capital letters missing or misplaced. Organise the essay into an introduction, separate supporting paragraphs, and a conclusion; use linking phrases to show how each example supports your position rather than restating the same claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use basic vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “printed newspaper or books,” “online,” “mobile,” and “laptops,” so the reader can identify the subject of your argument. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “in future,” “news,” and “popular.” Spelling errors such as “comming,” “techinology,” “noboady,” and “availabe” are frequent enough to distract, while phrases such as “too much fast” and “without paying any cost of them” are not natural English collocations. Build a more varied set of topic vocabulary and check spelling and word combinations. For example, you could refer to “digital publications,” “printed editions,” and “free online access” to express your ideas more precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences use simple structures, and the central meaning is generally recoverable. There is an attempt to connect ideas with “because” and “but,” but the response shows limited control of sentence forms and frequent errors in basic grammar and punctuation. For example, “I am totally agree” should be “I totally agree,” and “everything what they want” should be “everything they want.” The sentence beginning “Now a day we can…” runs into several further clauses without clear punctuation, making the relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise accurate subject–verb patterns, articles, and sentence boundaries, then add a few controlled complex sentences. Separating each main idea into a complete sentence will also make your argument easier to understand.
