Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a clear overall view by stating, “I am completely agree this statement,” and you consider advantages of online reading as well as reasons printed books may remain useful. Relevant points include convenience, cost, environmental impact, eye strain, note-taking, and access without electricity. However, the position is not fully consistent: the opening agrees that printed materials will disappear, while the conclusion says they will not completely disappear. Several points are listed rather than explained, and the claim that online reading is free is not examined or qualified. To strengthen the response, state one precise position and develop fewer arguments with explanation or examples, especially why these benefits will or will not lead to printed media disappearing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph about online reading, a contrasting paragraph about print, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “firstly,” “Moreover,” “on the other hand,” and “Furthermore” help signal the direction of ideas. However, progression is weakened by abrupt shifts and unclear links between points. For example, the conclusion begins “Although, online books are more convenient” but does not clearly connect this concession to the final position. Some ideas are repeated, including the ability to read anywhere, and the sequence within paragraphs can feel like a list. Use clearer topic sentences, group related reasons together, and make each paragraph build toward the same conclusion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate several relevant ideas, including “digital screen,” “concentration,” “environment,” and “highlight the important point.” However, the range is limited and many word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “internet is cheaper as compare to books,” “eye side effect,” “online plate form,” and “human brain storming.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “convienent” and “enjoya” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for this topic and check spelling and collocation. More precise wording would help you express your ideas without relying on repeated basic terms such as “people,” “books,” and “read.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and contrast, but the range is limited and errors occur frequently, sometimes making relationships between ideas unclear. Examples include “every thing available on internet,” which lacks a complete verb structure, and “Most teenager use,” where subject–verb agreement and plural form are incorrect. Other problems include “It save the money,” “printed books do not required,” and the sentence fragment “these the reason most people prefer.” Punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent, particularly at sentence boundaries. Practise forming complete sentences, checking subject–verb agreement and verb forms, and using articles and plurals. Then proofread each sentence for a clear subject and main verb.
