The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

The above process diagram give us the proper manufacturing of instant noodles.

The process of making instant noodles starts with flour which is stored in storage silos. From where it is sent to mixer. In the mixer water and oil is mixed with it properly. Moving forward then it is transfer to the dough sheets through rollers. In this part the mixer take the shape of plan sheet. When it pass the dough sheets then the mixed material comes dough strips. Where it takes the shape of noodles like strips. After that the strips goes to noodles discs. In this phase strips are cuts in a mentioned quantity. The next process is cooking in which sprinkling oil is done. After that the drying process take place. Then it is pack in cups with adding some vegetables and spices.After that cups passes in labelling and sealing section. Moreover it labels the cup and send it to the storage place. In addition then it takes to the market for sell.
