THE DIAGRAM SHOWS MANUFACTURING OF NOODLES BY NOODLES MANUFACTURING COMPANY.NOW WE DISCUSS THE METOD OF INSTANT NOODLES MENUFACTURING METHOD.FIRST OF ALL FOR NOODLES MANUFACTURING THE FLOOR IS BROUGHT TO STORAGE SILOS BY THE HELP OF TANKS WHERE IT IS STORED. AFTER THAT IT IS BROUGHT TO MIXER WHERE IT IS MIXED WITH WATER AND OIL. AFTER THE MIXING,IT IS BROUGHT TO DOUGH SHEETWITH THE HELP OF ROLLER. AFER THIS IT IS PASSED TROUGH DOUGH STRIPS AND THEN CONVERTED INTO NOODLES DISC. THEN IT IS COOKED INTO OIL WITH VEDETABLE AND OTHER SPECIES.THEN THIS THE PROCESS OF FILLING STARTS. NOODLES ARE FILLED INTO CUPS WITH THE HELP OF MACHINERY. AFTER THE FILLING THE SEALING AND LABELING PROCESS STARTS WHICH IS LAST SATGE OF INSTANT NOODLES MANUFACTURING. NOW CUPS FILLED WITH NOODLES ARE LABELLED BY MACHINERY.WHEN LABELLING OF CUPS IS COMPLETED THEN THESE CUPS ARE SEALED WHICH IS THEN DELIEVER TO THE COUSTMERS ACCORDING TO THIER NEES.
